very well made
Believe this is the third time I have ordered this item over the years, I have two evaporative coolers and I always keep a spear pump on hand. During the summer my coolers may run 24 hours a day for several days or weeks. These are really good pumps but everything wears out at some point. So I am very happy with these pumps and recommend them.

Perfect price point
Took a few minutes to replace old caked hard water pumps with these new pumps! Easy swap and working well

I run these pumps almost all year round
These are the best ones that I could find for the price and for the durability they are very good quality and they do last quite a while

Helps keep us cool.
Works great for our swamp cooler that we run all summer long to keep our house cool. Only 4 stars though because we usually have to replace it yearly. Not bad for a small investment though!

Works and works...
I bought this one as a spare, but the first one I bought has been run (not steady) for well over a decade (Sept 2010). I use it to eject furnace and A/C condensate the last foot over my cellar wall. The spare seems to be built just the same as the 2010 one. While these may not last as long in desert cooler duty (where they may run all day and half the night), they are well built pumps. (Not a lot to go wrong!)

Works with old style bracket designed for slotted pumps
Replaced my Essick CB6600 pump in a Champion RWC50 cooler. The old pump finally died. It had been struggling to pump water through all the outlets for as long as I can remember. This replacement fit onto the old bracket and immediately did what it's supposed to do. A bit more gusto and it looks easier to clean. I hope it holds up. I really appreciated the fast shipping. I also considered the Little Giant for faster shipping during a hot spell, but some reviewers said it was noisy.
