Amazing Tub
This is an amazing bathtub !! It has fit all dogs I have done so far , the plumbing is great and it is very sturdy and only took 30 minuets to set up . Came in a very protectable box came undamaged . The only 3 downs are that it scratches easily , and that there raiser part you put it to raise up small dogs , their nails do get stuck in the wholes, and last , I wish it had hooks on the wall instead of on top of the bathtub because if it was on the wall then it would keep dogs in the tub and be easier to hook up small dogs . Also the shower head is cheap plastic so I just use my hose . But other than all that it’s a amazing tub and great for the price !! I RECOMMEND THIS TUB !!!

Super nice Dog Wash
I love this Dog Wash. It has been so easy to use in my business. It is easy to give the dogs a bath and what a time saver. I only have four stars because the drain system that came with the bath sucks. The faucet also sucks. I had to purchase after market drain and faucet because the water leaks. I installed a regular drain system and it works great.

Just Don’t Do It
I ordered this 3 days ago, and the shipping was spectacular!! I was very impressed with the quality of the tub, itself. However! The plumbing was another story. I assembled the tub just fine. The S Trap was cracked. A piece that fits inside the water hose was not fully punched through so the water can’t run through it. The gaskets for the drain leaked. You only get about a foot of drain hose with it which is not enough to do anything. You can’t swap drain tubes. You can’t attach the drain tube to other tubing without it leaking everywhere. The tub I’d give 5 stars. The drainage, I’d give 0. For the price, I expected better. I’ve put in for a return on this. What a waste of money and an entire day trying to get the drain to work!

Do not buy this! Find something else!
I purchased this item for my granddaughters new dog grooming salon. She has only been using it for three weeks and it is already rusting! I paid a total of $979. You would think it is a quality product. But it is obviously built with cheap steel! Also the seller is horrible. Although she did receive on time, the tracking info was incorrect. I contacted Amazon who would do nothing until after the longest possible date of delivery. I tried to contact the seller by website but it was a bad site. I was not able to contact them directly. My status for this order now says it may be lost. Now I am going to reach out to Amazon again for a refund.UPDATE: a large dog jumped out of this tub and the drain broke out. My granddaughter had to shutoff the water to her shop and remove the tub. This tub was installed by a professional. So you can only blame the unbelievably cheap material it was built with. The seller reimbursed $150 due to all the rust but at this point, I am requesting full refund. THIS TUB IS JUNK!

Arrived in perfect condition, and it functions as advertised.
It arrived on schedule and the shipper would only drop it curb side. The bath arrived unassembled in a 200lb crate. I happen to own a small forklift so it was easy to move into my shop where I set it up. The lifting motor is 120v and raises and lowers with a foot pedal control unit. The plumbing was simple and straight forward and I was able to assemble it on h the first attempt without any leaks.I did caulk the seam between the tub and the backsplash to prevent and leaking.I thought it came with some steps and it doesn’t but those are simple to make myself. We have two young dogs and will easily get our moneys worth from this tub over the next 10+ years.

good product but...
It arrived on time by a nice gentleman. It was in a wooden crate with no damage and tucked away safe. There is a crazy blue piece of paper on the top of the crate telling one to check contents for damage and missing parts. I know they are doing that to protect their interests but since there really aren't any details about assembly or contents it is kind of stupid to ask me to do that. The only part I could have done is check for damage of large panels and tub.pros:quality metal tub, base, shroud pieces, and insert. The bag full of nuts and bolts are all the same so no need to differentiate those and the EXACT number of them were provided. The base has adjustable feet screws for a wonky floor. There is a square bar that bolts from left to right on the top for stabilizing the shroud and to attach a "leash" (which are provided) to hold the dog still. After it is put together there are almost no places for you or or dog to be injured. (while cleaning might be another issue). The experience of having a proper place to wash my large dog in was AMAZING. No more bending over, taking a shower with my dog, leaning, squatting, none of it. Best money I spent FOR ME. It cost more than the dogs but this wasn't for the dogs. It was for me (the dogs are for me too;o). Now the dogs will have to suffer thru the more frequent baths and I don't have to. To bathe them is now fun.It has a wonderful hair catcher for the drain. OMG! the hair. They provided a "p" trap and hose. wonderful. One of the 2 reasons I chose this product over another is it has steps and not a ramp. My dogs prefer steps over ramps.cons:The product description said the insert (the pan that sits inside the tub to lift a dog off the bottom) said 2 piece. This was one of the reasons I purchased this model as opposed to another for relatively the same price. IT WAS A ONE PIECE INSERT. Other people had complained about a one piece insert cuz it was too cumbersome to put in and take out. Well, it really isn't that difficult and I have big dogs so I probably won't use it anyway which is why I kept the tub. This con is about accuracy and false description. I hate that. The placement of the bolts is precarious for the 2 side shrouds. There is a turned in lip (for user safety) on the tub which in all other places is not a problem. But for the side shrouds the lip does not allow for a tool to be used in holding the nut still for tightening. This means you have to put the nut side up and the smooth/pretty screwdriver side down in order to tighten the side shrouds to the tub. Not a huge issue but it is important in order to adequately tighten the seams for a water-tight fit. All other holes, bolts, and nuts were a perfect and easy fit.The sprayer holder, the tray, and faucet was already attached to the right side shroud upon unpacking. If something is already attached I expect it to be attached properly. The faucet leaked like a fountain but a few turns and a few seconds fixed it but it was very concerning at first. The two piece sprayer was not "clicked" in to its proper spot so I had to loosen it up and pop it in correctly and tighten it back up. The tray (which is very nice btw) and the sprayer holder were mounted with the tiniest nuts and had no tiny washers. That means the tiny little nuts were almost passing thru the tiny hole they came through. I had to add some tiny flat washers to remedy that. There are 2 gaskets that come with it to seal the drain. since there are no instructions I had to dr.google the proper placement of the gaskets so as to make sure they worked properly. Hand tighten with proper gasket placement and no leaks there. The end of the drain hose has a 1.5" coupler (which is great for attaching to other pvc drain parts) but it is just slipped on with no means of holding it in. If that slips out then that is a problem. I zip-tied it on but will put a hose clamp on it if it won't stay put.I was unhappy at first that the sprayer did not have a "pause" button but after I thought about it the pause button might actually in the long-run be a point of failure. The faucet is 4 inches away and you have to check the water temperature every time you turn it back on but...I guess it is ok.They provided some very nice water supply hoses with a handy tightening mechanism but they are only about 20 inches long. The intention is good but who has a water source 3 feet off the ground? I had to buy a coupler and additional supply hoses to reach the water supply. I am not saying don't provide them, I am asking that they be longer (at least 4 feet since most supply valves are a foot up from the floor and this faucet is about five feet up).It is kind of strange and probably not the manufacturer to correct but the slide-in steps are great and easy to pull in and out. Getting into the tub was easy. However, when the dogs are coming out of the tub it is a problem. I have big dogs (lab size) and when they jump out of the tub and step on to the step the force of their kick-back (of course, they are anxious to get out) they abruptly kick the step back into its slide under the tub. That makes a loud noise and is dangerously unstable. I use the step to get them in and immediately tuck the step back under the tub and since the tub is only a foot or so up off the ground they just jump out after they are toweled dry. I put an old carpet where the step would be so they do not slip with wet feet. So, I rarely give 5 stars. Hence, the product is a 4 star but took a star away for the false description and the other cons are more for the manufacturer to fix. I am happy with the product and my back and knees are happy too. My dogs are washed in the garage next to the deep sink and the mess stays out there. Winters we will use a heater to warm the space.

Great to wash our little dogs.
Very happy with this wash station. Easy to put together. We used plumbers putty around drain when installing as we do when we install any sink drain. No leaks. We did have to buy longer braided water lines for faucet due to where our water lines are compared to where they are on this sink. Other than that it works great for washing our little dogs at the proper level.
