Best heater for small rooms. It heats up the space very quickly and all of the different heat levels ensures the perfect temperature. There are timer settings for automatic shut off as well which is nice for short term use. The fan is not too loud but it does have some noise to it, which can be good white noise. Good quality heater that looks nice and it is a great size, not too big and can be placed anywhere it can reach a plug.

Live in SA TX winters are mostly mild but does get cold here. I live in a single family home of 1600sf and see no reason to heat the whole house, just the room we're in. Our den does have a full size fireplace thats very effective but it takes a few hours to warm up this room. Also had been usingusing a 20yr old oil filled heater. It was a good heater but it only kept the immediate area warm. The the den is 225sf and this little heater keeps all this room comfortable. Its mobile and has a remote, i dont need it, i just set the temp and let it go. Its quiet and the reason i think its so effective is the oscillating forced air, its able to warm up the area around it like the furniture, walls etc instead of just one area. Ive had this heater for 2weeks now and I'm very happy with it.

This works great. Heats quickly and warms up a medium room. It has a remote which makes it so easy to change. Not too heavy. Air flow & speed are super. A little noisy but sits next to the TV & I turn the sound up just a little. My cats aren't scared of it & sit where they can feel the warm air. Anything in front of it, like a table, gets warm. Best to adhere to the directions in the user guide. Haven't left it on when I wasn't in the room.

I have 2 of these. They work well and are very quiet. Can be thermostatically controlled or on full time. Not big enough for huge rooms but a normal size office or bedroom it is just the ticket to warm up a room. Has a remote as well. I recommend.

I've had a small Vornado for more than 10 years and this year it felt like it wasn't putting out the heat like usual. Turns out space heaters can lose their effectiveness over time as the elements degrade. It was to the point I'd put it in my bedroom an hour before bed to warm it up.I looked for a lot of different heaters here and settled on the Lasco Oscillating Ceramic Tower. The second I turned it on I remembered what real heat was. I hope I don't have to update this review, because right now this is a kicking little heater. The tower is just tall enough that the heat isn't blowing directly under furniture, and the oscillation is a deal breaker from now on.Not just great for the price, great period.Edit: I'm not taking points off for this, but the 'handle' is useless, a pretty egregious design flaw. It's a smooth, slick surface and there are no indentations for your fingers to hold onto, so it slides right out of your hand. I almost dropped mine a couple time but caught it in time. I'm considering applying some sort of sticky tape inside the handle to mitigate this. If you purchase this, be very careful using the "handle" because you will probably drop the heater.

Love live live this heater. It’s quiet, effective and heats my living room or bedroom quickly and cheaply. I would give it five stars except for one design flaw: the finger grip on the back designed to help you pick it up and move it easily. Problem? It’s too smooth and your fingers can’t grip it. Instead of gripping, your fingers slip and it crashes to the floor!! Clearly no one tried to use this feature before it was sent to manufacturing. At least make the grip surface rough, textured or sticky, not slippery! Dropping the unit is not good for the heater and frustrating for the user. Change that feature and I’ll give it a five star rating.
