Very good product. The outside leather is good and soft

Good for its cost
The outer cover is just PVC type material and fine for the price. It's filled with normal waste cotton/black cotton which makes it hard (honestly, they have managed to fill it to max possible). So, I removed the black cotton and filled it with some shredded memory foam I had with me (from an earlier pillow with shredded memory foam). Finally, I had the best neck rest support for both my office chair and as well as my car driving seat.The cover was a PVC material and I hope it does not hurt me much going forward or deteriorate. Anyway, I just cover it with a hand handkerchief. So, @ some 90 bucks (Rs) per piece, I am just using only the outer cover and the elastic belt to fit it on the chair. Thats fine with me.It's actually great for me, as it fits better than expensive neck support stuff being sold as this solution was very customized. The product DID fully support this customisation.

Provides good and required support but loses elasticity
Good product and provides good support to the neck.The design is based on the elastic band at the rear which can be set in the seat headrest. But over time the elasticty is lost and it sags.If the quality of elastic band is improved or if the design is changed to no rely on elastic band, this could be good product for those who needs the neck support while driving.

Two hundred approx for 2 pieces of this is just awesome deal. Quality is good enough considering it's price. Size also not too small, thick enough.

Very bad quality
I Don’t know why there are such reviews product is good and all but as per my experience quality of this product is very bad, this feels like you head rest on hard rock. If i will have an option to give rating in minus then definitely i will give it .

It is not memory foam
Outer material is good but it does not have memory foam inside. It has some waste cotton filled inside. Seller should have mention it properly. Current product specification is misleading. Little bit harder in usage experience. Size and design seems fine.
