This charger replaces loose-fitting plug I had with my Surface tablet. The fit is tight and secure. Very happy with purchase.

My old surface power supply failed, this works and my surface pro is alive again. 😀

My old power cord died a week ago, so my surface pro 2 was so low on power it would not start. I put this charger on, and hours later, still no charge. There is no little light on the part that attaches to the surface like the original power cord had. I put the charger on with the cord on top, and let it charge a while. It worked. So I give only 4 stars because you cannot tell if it is attached properly without the little light.

Product arrived in great time. Oprned it up got my surface plugged it it NOTHING no light no charging. Looks cane be deceiving and shame on Amazon for not picki g this junk back up for me to return I am disavled along with my husband we have everything delivered. We go nowhere so I have no way to get it anywhere to get my refund for garbage. Now im questiong being a Prime member. You make accomdations for all things and people but the DISABLED!

This was an emergency purchase for our visiting grandson. He had lost his charger along the way to visit us. And it was his entertainment on the 10 hr trip home. It saved the day for his parents and siblings -- no one wants a bored childe on a road trip.

Simple and easy to use. I hated the charger that had two cords with the charger in the middle because it was super heavy. I love that the plug does not flip closed either. This charger is far better than the others!
