i tried this product because i was tired of mixing powdered collagen in my coffee have ordered multiple times and i do notice the results mainly in my nails and hair with growth and health i defiantly notice that other people notice when i take on regular basis, i get tons of compliments on my hair and grows quickly because it is healthy when i notice my hair lackluster or nails breaking typically it is when ive slacked off taking regularly

I gave five stars because the pills are fine, but too large for me to swallow. Are they available in softgel or medium sized capsules? Delivered on time and in good shape.

I should have done my homework because this will only last me 10 days. Since receiving, I found that most collagen supplements range from 5,000 mg to 10,000 mg a serving as studies show that's an effective amount for bone and skin. Since the serving size in this product is 3 tablets for 2,500 mg, I will be taking 9 tablets a day for 7,500 mg. I guess I will space the doses 3, 3, 3 through the day. The bonus is that it already has Vitamin C for collagen absorption.

Ah, the bottles themselves may neglect to say which type of collagen is contained in the enclosed tablets, but the Amazon website says in one of the bullet points: Type I/III (which is for skin, hair, and nails).Better that it says somewhere instead of nowhere. Very weird that the bottles of collagen supplement doesn't say WHICH collagen(s).By neglecting to specify the contents of what's inside the bottle, one might infer that at least 'all' of the different collagens are included. But that ain't the case.-------Now I'll need to find a Type II for joint lubrication. Otherwise par for the course.It's probably a good thing that they don't also put Type II in here. I read someplace that I/III should not be taken at the same time as Type II. Just what we need; another scheduling complication.Nice that Amazon arranged to offer a Type I/III supplement at a heavily competitive price. It would be nice if they could do the same with Type II.

The tablets, although a bit large, were easy enough to swallow, leaving no after taste. The reason I rated the product a 3 is because they cause me to have headaches, basically migraines. I started by taking 1 for a couple days, then slowly increasing to recommended dose of 3 tablets but the headaches proceeded to worsen, I had to quit taking them. Unfortunately I am unable to rate the product as to whether or not it did anything for my hair, skin, etc.

I wanted to wait until I had been on this for awhile before reviewing. I have been taking this for over three months now and I have noticed such a difference in my hair and skin. I’ve had compliments on my complexion and how smooth my skin looks. My hairstylist also told me she could tell such a difference in my hair since taking this.
