If you have a gag reflex that is pronounced as I do, you may have difficulty swallowing these. They are not small, and they are extremely buoyant. I have long used a trick of laying on my side to take large or buoyant pills, but this one floats like Styrofoam on water. Because of that, I have only taken a couple so far and cannot attest to any noticeable impact at this time.

I've been using this product for several years as part of my detox protocol. First recommended by my naturopath, it works great for escorting toxins out of the body. I usually take it an hour before I go to bed or if I'm out at eating at a restaurant that I'm not sure if the ingredients are organic. I highly recommend this brand of activated charcoal.
