A must have
They are are a bit fragile, but these were bought for work as they are very lightweight, great sound quality and performance in high noise environments . And cannot beat the price, fits comfortably

Dont buy
Update: the company sent me the newest version. And the customer service dept is great. Thats the only reason I'm changing to 3 stars.They still hurt my ear but seem to last a little longer. I found one that goes around the back of your ear. Its not arcshell but fits their devices.They break easy and hurt your ear.

I liked the price and the sound was perfect

Great customer service
We have had to order these twice in two months since I bought them as their durability is questionable and their quality is poor I would suggest spending more money on a higher quality ear peace. Update: after talking to customer service they Replaced the defective your pieces and may need much more satisfied
