No Fuss Set-Up and Very Versatile
I'll start by saying that I did have a little trouble with the manual not being the updated version for the version I received. The service from Levo was prompt, courteous and engaging, not at all the cookie-cutter experience I am used to.The base on this product is very heavy. I can manage on my own, but others might have some issues flipping and move it. That's just a warning. The base needs to be heavy in order to keep the whole thing from tipping. So I selected this specific desk for use with a recliner. There were a lot of options out there but many relied on a certain clearance under the recliner itself or had a table that may or may not allow for much movement of the recliner or offer adjustments. This was not only easy to put together, easier than what the original model looks to offer, but it adjust very easily as well. It fits my work laptop just fine, my large gaming laptop, not so much, and of course the tables and MS Surface work fine. To be clear, this was not meant for my gaming laptop, so that was not a requirement or expectation. It was just there so I tried. The use of it and then sort of pushing it to the side, out of the way is easy. The strap and the button plastic "feet" hold the laptop easily. I've had no issues with slippage or concerns of falling. Yes, I've bumped the thing while rocking, not super hard, but it's not so unbalanced that it just fell. It didn't fall thankfully. Generally this a great option that can be used for standing, sitting or lying in bed. Versatility is one the reasons for picking it!I'd get it again or suggest it to someone who was looking for same, not intrusive and flexible offering.

Great product with outstanding customer service!
I just received my Levo laptop stand yesterday and I REALLY love it. It makes using my laptop while sitting in my recliner very enjoyable and convenient. I had to send a message to customer service about an issue that I had last night and they responded first thing this morning with an immediate resolution. So not only is their stand a very high quality product but their service level is top notch in my book. Thanks Levo, I wish that more companies out there bhad great products with great customer service to boot. I highly recommend this laptop stand.

Well that was heavier than I expected
I bought this to replace a different laptop stand, and it has pros and cons.PROS:-Quite sturdy. All the truly necessary bits are made out of very solid metal. The base is quite heavily weighted for safety. The whole thing feels like it should appear in in the "Clue" board game as a possible murder weapon.-I primarily got this so I could use my laptop while also having my cat in my lap while sitting in my chair. It does work for that, I'm doing it right now.-The cat was less helpful putting it together than she thought she was but was easily distracted with the plentiful carboard packaging.-They included an extra laptop safety cord, just in case, which was a good thought. It's the one thing that actually might break.CONS:-Be careful putting this together. I kept nearly hitting myself in the nose with metal pipes. This is maybe a sign that I should have had another pair of hands to help, but then again, that might have just meant it was a different nose in danger.-You are going to stub your toe on the base. It's going to hurt.-My previous laptop stand I felt very safe just letting my laptop be stored as sitting on the shelf of it. I'm less sure about just leaving my laptop on this stand, for reasons explained in the "improvements" part below.-I also got the mouse accessory part for this desk. You will convince yourself that you've put it together backwards and then realize you were wrong slightly too late. It's still a decent mouse tray, though it is slightly less sturdy than the rest of the desk. (Also my mouse doesn't quite fit in the "earbuds" pocket, but it's not like they said it would, either.)-Good heavens the package it arrives in is heavy, and an awkward size. I'm also confused about why it was packed in a package that size and shape- it looks very much like the adapted packaging from another item for it. Getting the box inside my front door was a trial, and actually taking everything out of the boxes involved a very sturdy set of kitchen shears, more patience than I usually have, and some unpleasant language.Improvements I'd love to see:-The tray that the laptop sits on: I'd love to see the top surface rubberized so the laptop slides around less. I may get a rubber mat for that.-The little phalanges that are at the bottom of the surface the laptop sits on, to keep it from sliding off, could also have rubber edges. My wrists rub up against them while I use the desk, and also it would keep the laptop from sliding around as well.-The "safety cord" for the laptop means that you can't close the laptop while it's on the stand, if you're using it. I've gotten into the habit of automatically closing my laptop when I'm done using it, so I'm not sure I'll use that feature. But I also worry about the laptop sliding off, so I'm not sure I should store the laptop on the desk when I'm not using it. (If the top surface and phalanges were rubberized I'd feel more safe about leaving the laptop there without using the safety cord.)-The hex wrench they give you to put it together with: if they slightly thinned out an edge of the handle, you could use it instead of the quarter and the screwdriver they suggest also using to put the whole thing together. Then you'd just need one tool.Anyway, that's after putting it together and using it for a few minutes. We'll see how it ages!

Expensive but well worth it!
My recliner sofa does not have any clearance underneath and I needed a laptop stand that would work well either sitting or reclining on the sofa after knee replacement surgery. This was expensive, for sure, but it does exactly what I need it to do! It is sturdy, rolls well over carpet, and adjusts easily to just about any position. The base is VERY heavy, as it needs to be, so that this stand can be adjusted to various positions and and remain sturdy. It comes with an optional mouse tray that can be attached. I opted not to use it as it didn't quite work as I wanted over the right arm of my recliner sofa. The safety bungee to hold the laptop on the stand was preinstalled and is very strong. An extra bungee was included in the package, which was a nice surprise. I was concerned that the adjustable pegs, used keep the laptop from sliding, would be in the way when using the keyboard, but they are not. They can be adjusted low enough so that it is a non issue. Assembly was not very difficult and the instructions are good, but you may need help to handle/assemble the VERY heavy base assembly. Although expensive, it is well worth it for the high quality and very versatile functionality.
