So glad I discovered this supplement on tikTok, as someone with combined type of ADHD this supplement has improved my life massively. I always struggled with emotional dysregulation and for the past 3months of taken this supplement I’ve been at peace resulting in my relationships improving. It feels like it sort of blunts my emotions that where all consuming and disruptive before. I almost never have down days due to this. Saffron will forever be my go to! :)P.S has not suppressed my appetite at all

A bit expensive

These have made a huge difference to my mood. I have used SSRIs on and off over the years and decided to try these and I am so very glad I did. Within a few weeks i felt my mood start to stabilise in the same way it would do with an SSRI. Once i felt stable i reduced to one capsule once a day as maintenance and have been coping very well even with the distress caused by the pandemic and losing my mother.I would strongly recommend these for anyone who needs a bit of mood stabilisation (after speaking to your doc of course).
