Sometimes eating low-carb leaves me craving crunchy snacks that are usually carb/fat based. Ditching salty snacks like chips has been great for my health, but I miss that savory yumminess from time to time. Better than Good puffs have more than filled that void. In fact, I prefer them to any kind of mass marketed chip or pretzel out there. The macro profile is fantastic - mostly protein, moderate fat, and extremely low-carb - and every serving packs a nutrient punch with the goodness of veggies. They taste phenomenal and each individually packed serving is completely filling and satisfying. The cherry on top is the excellent customer service and the mission of this company. Ranch is by far my favorite flavor, but there are a variety of creative options available for every taste bud. Love these puffs - two thumbs up!!

I really wanted to love this product, expensive for size and quantity receive but wanted to try. Product crunchy and packaging nice. The smell of the product was odd but it is a cheese flavored product. The taste left much to be desired, no cheese taste and I couldn’t get my 8 year old to taste more than one. Sadly waste of $15 for us.

These protein puffs are amazing! I’m not sure why it has received low reviews. It’s low cal (~110), low carb (3 g), with high protein (~16 g/ bag) with a great flavor profile. My personal favorite thus far is ranch. I’ve tried many protein supplements out there (shakes, bars, etc) and my stomach can’t tolerate them due to all the artificial sugars, etc. This protein supplement is fabulous - no weird stomach side effects, and when I’m hungry it actually fills me up!! Love this stuff . Just to clarify, I have not been asked to leave a review. I left one in case someone, like me, has had a lot of stomach issues tolerating other protein supplements out there. Of all the protein puffs brands that I've tried, these are definitely in the top 3. Good portion size, and the price is fantastic for what you get. I also like that they manage to get 2 servings of vegetables in every pack. My only complaint is that the BBQ flavor is just a bit on the "sweet" side for me, but I think some people will probably appreciate that. Personally I'm looking forward to trying some of their other offerings, and I definitely will be ordering again!

I ordered Jalepeno cheddar hoping for a good replacement for Jalepeno Cheetos. These are ok but I don't think I will order them again. The flavor is good, has a bit of a kick for this kind of snack and is cheesy enough. The crunch is great and you get a good serving in the bag. What I don't love is the chalky protein powder texture after you chew them. After one bag, I decided I can't eat these as a stand-alone snack. I will save them to use a crouton on salad or with soup or something like that.

This product has good flavor a lot of crunch but four bags that are super small are not worth $15. If a box of four was may be eight dollars or below I would buy them but will not pay twice that again.

As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I was looking for snacks that were low in carbs and high in protein, so I took a chance on these protein puffs. First off, I didn't realize how TINY the bags would be. For $3.50 a bag, these are the size of something you'd get out of a vending machine. Then there's the taste. The flavor I bought was "Ranch". I don't really taste Ranch. These taste like cardboard that have had a ton of hot spices dumped on them. No where on the package or in the ingredients does it say "hot and spicy" that I can see. If I could return these, I would, because they're a total rip off for the price, size, and bad flavor.

I have tried so many low carb snacks over the past few years. I watch my sugar intake and generally eat a low carb diet. The Better than Good BBQ protein puffs are delicious. They are just right for lunch or a quick snack to keep me on target. The flavor is a genuine BBQ flavor...not fake or weird! The crunch is perfect for me because I love chips!I have tried other Better than Good products like the cinnamon roll and baked cheddar and they are all the same...awesome!Thank you for creating these!
