Q: Is this a set or one weight only? The price seems a little steep for just one weight

The price is for one, but all mine are top quality. Same weights sold at Hibbett Sports are quite a bit more, just their logo on them. Ask for weights to be packaged so they are not damaged. Wash with Dawn or Joy and let dry. I don't drop them like the idiots in the gyms. Mine look like new and after 2 years using every day from 10 to 50 pounds.

Q: Is this a pair of dumbbells or one?

I ordered 2 of these and received 2 boxes each with a pair of 15-lb dumbells. Contacted Cap customer service and learned Amazon does their fulfillment. I was forced to return them to Amazon for refund, now I'm hesitant to order again because I cannot be guaranteed Amazon will get it right this time. Poor experience.
