Excellent supplement for dry skin and thin hair.I take two tab a day post meals(breakfast and dinner). It is easy to swallow , there in no after taste. It has improved my skin texture(no dryness in skin at all, no more acne) hair quality(worked on my hair thinning and shine) and there is no joint pain since I am using this product.
