Pigmented and pretty but issues with packaging
The media could not be loaded. unfortunately one of the liners I ordered had a frayed brush that is unusable and the other was unsealed and looks like it’s been used. Otherwise the glitters are pretty, really good value and they stay in place. The sliver is more pigmented than the gold for a liner but I think the gold would look really pretty on the inner corner. Overall satisfied
