Q: I'm 5 2 35 waist and 45 hips what size?

45 hips -def an L or XL. I have 36 hips and medium is tight. I’m 5’7 I should have gotten a large and I am not a large typically.

Q: Are these lined inside the crotch area?

Not lined but extremely comfortable. My favorite brand of yoga leggings. I’m a yoga instructor and teach and practice several classes a day. Love this brand!

Q: How legit are these yoga pants? Are they true to size or are they China made and not at all fit to the size they are?

I got the pink camo. I didnt take notice of where they were made. I wasn't sure myself. I went by the comments from people. I normally wear a large in leggings/yoga pants. But for these i got an xl just in case. Worst case would be returning them for a different size. And not that i want to put this out there but since I'm helping someone, i am 170 and 5'3", not what a normal frame person would be but my legs and butt arent oversized but not skinny. They fit perfect except they are a little long. So i would say maybe a size up from your normal and just deal with the length. Its not super noticeable anyway, no one is going to look at your ankles.
