what roast (light dark medium) are these please? :-)

Let me first start to say, I'm a coffee snob. And I have 10 different ways to make coffee, lol. I was hoping it would be a robust medium dark roast to make the perfect Vietnamese coffee and with coconut sweetened condensed milk, but alas it was a medium light, closer to a light roast and the grind wasn't ideal. But you might love it.

which variety is used in the cans?

You should ask the manufacturer. I thought it was just tue pure Robusta.

Does this product come in whole bean or ground form?
