Q: Why is the 40 count more expensive than two 20 counts?

I bought the Fresh Scent 40-count pack for $24.99. The 20-count pack is $14.99. So for Fresh Scent pads it is cheaper to buy the 40-count package.

Q: Is this product any good?

They are good. Not as good as the breeze brand but for the price and the fact I can’t find the breeze pads anywhere they are good. They have to be changed more frequently because they can’t hold as much.

Q: How long is the shelf life of this product, is it as good as advertised?

Not sure why these would have a shelf life - would last indefinitely in my opinion, just like a diaper would since it’s made out of similar materials.

Q: Can this be used to line the carrier while traveling?

I think these would work fine for that. Even though it says fresh scent i don't notice it so i don't think it would bother the cat and they look like puppy pads only more rectangular than square. it holds a lot of urine (a weeks worth).
