I see that this product uses Magnesium Stearate as filler. Maybe if they ditched the filler, the capsules could be smaller and easier to swallow. I realize that big kids probably have no issues with the capsule size but smaller kids, who would be the target audience for this product, might. I got this product for my petite, smallish, 10-yr old kid and it's a bit of an issue here.Other than that, I like the supplement composition and hopefully this product will boost my kid's height over time. Also, I totally appreciate the Made in USA, GMO-free and GMP-certified labels.

I only received one bottle of these capsules, not sure what happened with the other one. I thought it would be all in one package. This also has lysine, zinc and ashwagandha which is really good for me for my immune support . I'm not sure if I got told yet I haven't been taking it that long but I will be sure to update the review. I still think it's a good supplement to take for bone support. The bottle says that you have to take it for at least 6 months to experience some type of growth so that's two capsules a day. I have not been taking it long enough.
