I wouldn't have believed it if someone else told me this, but it really did help me lose about 80llbs. No, I didn't exercise , I was too lazy for that! I wanted a "miracle" pill, as we all do! Well, it's no miracle, but it change MY life for sure. At 5'2 I weighed around 215llbs. I had heard about "colon" cleanes & wondered if it may help my BIG belly. I did notice that I was only going #2 like once every 2-3 days, a far cry from my teens & 20's when I "went" after every meal, lol.. So for about $20 bucks I figured wth? I started using these around January, I took the MAX amount right off the bat, not wanting to waste time! Well, within a day or 2 I actually had "BM's" 2-3x a DAY. Not watery or explosive, but thick, in a good way ( sorry) . My stomach did go down a lot, from bloating I think. I started drinking "Green food" drinks, not as my only meals & I still ate junk too. Well, in about a month I was down about 25llbs. That kept me wanting to do more! I thought if THESE could do THAT, well, than certainly the more expensive products ( cleanses) would really be great! WRONG'.. I wasted time & a lot of $ on Super colon cleanse, bowltrol, & others. Most did nothing, many gave me bad gas pains & I was constipated! Not what I had hoped for! Now set back almost a month, I quickly started taking the max amount of Dual action AGAIN. It work just as before. I was dropping weight pretty fast & didn't take the "breaks" every 30days like advised, but, thankfully I had no ill effects. Now mind you I was also drinking about 1-2 green shakes a day, after about 2 months. I had gotten to like the taste & the way it made me feel along w/ the cleansing, lightness of This. So I think it was BOTH together , but without the big jump start of lost llbs from this product, I would have gave up like I did so many times b4.. All in all, I took these from Jan. til about June. I started at a sz.18-20 & in late June was a sz 5, I kid you not. With NO exercise . I do advise exercising though. Beyond the weight loss, I also notice my Hair was softer, thicker & my skin was looking amazing! My nails grew for the 1st time in 30+yrs! I think that the cleanse somehow cleaned my insides out & allowed me to absorb all the vitamins & minerals better. Most of us just "pee" out our vitamins, hence why your urine is that dark yellow/orange when you take vitamins! Also, don't take "man made" synthetic vitamins, our bodies DON'T recognize these frankenchemicals & we expel them out in our urine. Your really "peeing" your $ down the toilet! There are many WHOLE food , raw vitamineral brands now. Choose one w/ a good reputation. These true natural vitamins along with THIS cleanse product worked wonders for ME. Now that I lost the weight & take the whole food vitamins, my body, skin , mind feels GREAT. I buy this cleanse every few months, 4-5, just to keep everything "going" ;) not a miracle pill, but it WORKS....

if you have Problems with going to the restroom at times, and you feel sick a lot it may be because you have Parasites living inside you, get this and I can almost Promise you will feel a thousand times better and it will detoxify your hole system to where there are no Parasites in you, and you will be able to wake up refreshed and so much more, I was skeptical at first looking at this Product, but when I bought it and took it, I was amazed with the results, overall you won't be upset you bought this I can almost Promise on it, I don't have a video Review but I am telling you it works and for some it works fast for me it worked slow but I am feeling a thousand times better than before, I recommend this Product to anyone trying to get there health back in order and all the gunk out of your system, it also takes all the nasty stuff out of your Collin so you then look way skinnier and that's how you can tell it works take it from me. ;)

Caused bloating and serious gas. Only gave three out of five stars because I don’t feel this was a true cleanse.

On some days while taking it, it would help the flow and the mud monkey it would produce would be significantly larger and seemed to leave you with a pleasant not bloated feeling. other times I'd find myself eating too much and within an hour or so I would plump up like the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man. When this bloating happens the turning in your stomach feels like a mongoose is wrestling a ten foot python in your gut. At this point your need to find a bathroom seems life or death. At many times I would have plowed through a crowd of nuns like a linebacker, even if it was just to get to a porta-potty. When it's time to drop the "atonic bloated Duke" I HIGHLY recommend while sitting on the toilet seat to fold yourself nearly in half so you can reach down and hug the bowl to hang on for dear life. I'm a two hundred pound fella and that stuff had me rocketing nearly to the ceiling. I could easily see a small woman launching like a missile clear through a McDonald's roof and landing across the street. This stuff works best on a low calorie diet. If you are looking for something just as effective that doesn't require you purchasing a case of baby wipes and all new plumbing in your house, then I recommend Bowtrol.

Received product in great condition. However, this product did not work well for me as I thought it would. At first it seems to be doing well with my body. Though in about a two weeks time it seems to swell me up. As I found that the green tea fat burner has bees wax in the ingredients that cause this allergic reaction. As I am allergic to bees. Wish I would have known before making a poor investment in this item. Never will purchase anything of this nature from online will stick with physical stores such as GNC where I usually buy my natural herb products that work for me.
