Larger inside than you may think.
Firstly this is a very nice mirowave in white, and a good bit cheaper than the silver one. This is the one i am reviewing. Model NN-CT54JW stainless steel interior looks very up market compared to others, these type of microwaves are supposedly sold as a 3 in 1. Microwave, Oven, and grill. Although i think the Oven as a convection oven is maybe not the same as an electric oven in a normal cooker. This one uses the grill function together with a fan to mimic an electric oven, i think i have that right, which is OK, as long as this set up works, which in my opinion it does. I tried a large size pizza using the oven, and it tasted just as good as my normal electric oven. The glass turntable is a massive 34 cm across, a lot larger than my previous one, which was just a microwave, its handy to have the different cooking options available if you need them. The operation of all the buttons, and what each press will do, had me a bit worried at first, my last one just had 2 knobs, which was very simple, i tried one of these digital type ones years ago, but changed it for a simpler one, as i could not make sense of all the buttons, it was too much of a headache. but luckily before i bought this one, i knew exactly how to work each button, and what each press will do, as i saw a video on you tube by Lords Electrical, a 9 minute video with the guy showing every operation of the buttons in a very simple and understandable way, watched it twice and i could make sense of everything this microwave has to offer before it arrived. I highly recommend watching this video if the digital touch pad with all those buttons start to feel like the deck of the star ship Enterprize. Just search for this make and model on you tube, and this video should show up, although he uses the silver one to describe the operation of this machine. As some reviewers have said, their is a small judder in the turntable, nothing to worry about, as it does not affect the cooking at all, something to keep in mind though. Size wise, it is a large interior, without taking up much room on the countertop, similar makes are far more deeper in size, as others have said the power cord is fairly short 90cm or so, fitted on the right side of the machine as you look at it from the front, perfect in my case, but they could have made it a bit longer. If you are use to just a microwave on its own like my last one, then you need to know that when this one is finished cooking the motor stays on for a couple of minutes or so after you take out your food and close the door, a bit disconcerting at first, but this is normal with this microwave. There are a myriad of makes and models of these microwaves for sale, as panasonic have a good name for breadmakers, i thought i would try this one, so far i am glad i did, it feels well made, stainless steel interior looks very clean and professional, you can clearly see whats cooking inside, a good bright light, and a gleaming white colour will look good in most kitchens, if i need to change my review of this microwave, i will update it if something goes wrong, which i am hoping, will not be any time soon. again i highly recommend watching the Lords Electircal video on you tube, i may not have bought this make and model if i did not find that video.

Good but somewhat stressful.
This combination microwave oven is very good but in a slightly wham bam thank you ma'am way. I had an older Panasonic that was very genteel to use It was just a large standard microwave. This as a replacement by comparison was a loud buzzing wering whooshing monstrosity. But technically it is very proficient. It's a strange hybrid in that it's not really a proper oven but for day-to-day use it's somewhat better. Basically it oven bakes smaller things wonderfully, having the heat mainly from the top is superb for crisping up smaller things, small cuts of meat smaller baked goods. I found the unit particularly good for roasting or grilling seeds and nuts which came out beautifully. I don't think this is very much of a negative but because it is a convection oven, in order to stay cool it has many more and louder fans. Even when just using the microwave there is massive wooshing and and fan noise even after you finish cooking. Technically the oven was excellent the temperature was absolutely bang on for the convection oven, the clever reduction of microwave power is much better than the old fashioned way of low being just full power for a few seconds every minute. Mine did develop a potential fault basically the turntable seemed to be slightly jerky as it turned. I don't know if there was some fault or it just was an effect of the friction of the rollers that would stick for a little bit and then jerk around a little faster. After consulting Panasonic and taking their advice, I returned the unit because if I'm investing in a major purchase I wish to get many years of long use out of it. Anyway I decided not to rebuy the item. I realised that I personally didn't or don't use the oven function very much. Secondly heating elements are behind a grill so they are impossible to clean, I had the same thing with an old Panasonic grill microwave I had years ago once you get oil splatters behind the grill, your microwave tends to stink forever more of burnt grease. But I think you can prevent this if you're careful with splattering. Anyway I chose instead a standard conventional microwave only and to be honest I like the peace of it. The fans are much quieter and don't go on forever. That said I have a lot of respect for the original combination microwave I tried. It all depends on the type of food that you eat. If you like breaded meats pies and other baked goods it's absolutely fantastic. One reviewer said it's a lonely man's dream and that's my position it is actually a pretty great device. Wishing everyone the very best.

Compact, versatile, easy to use.
Bought to replace our previous Panasonic which still worked but was quite old and difficult to clean. The replacement only lasted two days before there was a big bang and everything stopped!Panasonic are usually very reliable so we had it replaced and no complaints so far. Really easy to use, lots of different programmes, cooks evenly and has a reliable oven and grill setting. Much cheaper to use than our conventional oven and definitely much easier to clean!

The AUTO Cook Programmes are well thought out, And Just WORK
This Microwave can do it all, The Auto programmes i have used this far, have turned out perfectly, cooked a Jacket Potato and it was every bit as tasty as an oven cooked one, and done in only 12 minutes, with a crispy skin, Also a medium cooked roast beef joint, was just perfectly cooked, something i have never really managed in our gas cooker with regular success. With it being a 1000w microwave, food heats up a lot faster, and something like a pasty etc, the pastry is yes of course soggy but not as overcooked as when using our old 800w microwave. I would say if you can afford it, its a worthwhile investment, as you can Grill, Microwave, Convection or a combination of these methods. And for some things like a quick jacket potato will save you a lot of time, and some money on energy bills at the moment.
