Bigger than expected but easy to swallow. Like the combination of ingredients.

A PA put me on it & said it is what med students use when they work long hours - helps them sleep but can wake up w/o feeling groggy!

I see a lot of people saying it doesn't flush so it cannot be Nicotinic Acid. I've got an email into the company about this so I'll update if/when I hear back.But here's the thing: According to Dr. Abram Hoffer (Niacin: The Real Story), he is very clear that after a while taking plain Niacin, especially at higher doses, a flush might NOT occur because our bodies get used to it. I routinely take between 4,000-6,000 mg per day (based on Hoffer's knowledge/recommendations), and I rarely ever experience a flush now. The only time I experience a flush is when I drop down to a dosage of 500-1000mg and then usually only if I've eaten something that I should have avoided.The package says "Nictonic acid," which as we know, is PLAIN niacin. If this is NOT the case and the company has placed something else inside the capsules, then it would amount to false advertising.As it is, I'm wondering WHY the heading says "Flush Free" when in point of fact, the ingredient is plain old, Niacin - Nicotinic Acid. If it's actually that, it is NOT flush free. If it IS flush free, then they have another ingredient in there.Anyone who wants more information on Niacin, I'd encourage to buy Hoffer's book, also available on Amazon. He did tremendous research in the 1950's and became quite disgusted with the medical establishment then because of their move toward prescription medication over and above a far better natural approach to health, with proper eating and supplementation.

The package says to take three, but I started with only one. I am sleeping so much better than I had been, so I will be purchasing again.

I was comparing with other brands and this is the most specific. I had the intention of getting this dietary supplement and that is what you gave me. punctually and with the mg I needed.It has an affordable price, and that is why I am a repeat buyer.Thanks!

I have been taking NAC since 2020 with some breaks in between. This is the 1st time I've taking this brand though. I've tryed to take it 3 different times and all 3 times I got a stomach ache and belching all night. I've never reacted like this previously taking any other NAC. Something is wrong with this product!!

I am a really bad sleeper. I'm one of those people who lay down and immediately start thinking of what I need to do tomorrow or events of the day. It's like my thoughts won't turn off and let me relax enough to go to sleep. I have tried so many things from various herbal sleep aids, to over the counter sleep aids and even prescription sleep aids from my doctor. So far this tryptophan is working better than anything I have ever tried. I've been using it for about a month now and I'm sleeping better than I have in years. I take 3 about an hour before I go to bed. They are a little on the large size but I don't have a lot of trouble swallowing pills. I would say give them a try if you struggle with sleep. They are working for me.

I got the L-Tryptophan to help me relax so I could get at least a halfway decent night's sleep. My insomnia was severe so even sleeping for a few hours was better than 1/2 hour or an hour a night. The first night I took it it hit me so hard I could feel it when it kicked in. I forget exactly how many hours I slept that night but it was - I think - around 7 or 8 hours. It felt like heaven. I was well rested for the first time in months. I only take it every now and then now but it never fails to relax me. The pills have no bad taste and they're easy to swallow. I highly recommend this product.
