Biolife I00004929 Woundseal powder, 4 pieces

Title says it all, really. I’m 82, on thinners, and have very thin skin on my arms. Keep knocking them and causing cuts and abrasions that bleed for ages, sometimes even days. Tried this. - wow! Stopped bleeding almost instantly. Totally recommend if you have similar problems.

Arrived in good condition, I have not had to use and hopefully won't but I think it's a good product. I have seen a friend use it and seems to work.

Cut small right toe corn, with blade. Cut it a little bit too deep, Bleeding would not stop. Used this, and stopped within a minute... Highly recommended. Would buy again.

I take blood thinners and everyone who takes them should have this in their first aid! I lead a very active life and am always cutting or bruising myself, if I bleed it can take hours to stop or even days if I keep knocking the wound. After my last encounter with a sharp potato peeler after which I bled for about five hours and through layer after layer of padding and plasters, I looked online to see what might help and found this. I ordered some and am glad I did as I cut myself deeply across my thumb with a Stanley knife and the blood was pouring out. I rushed indoors to get this powder and it took literally seconds to stop bleeding after applying it. I was amazed seeing how deep the cut was and although it’s quite expensive I fully recommend it - if used correctly it will definitely stop bleeding. Believe me it takes a lot for me to give something 5 stars!

This package was meant to contain 4 tubes of powder. Only 3 were enclosed. The tubes themselves were correctly sealed .I have used the powder in the past in it worked well.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product. In my mind I though of a soft white powder that gently covered the wound and nursed it gently back to health. In truth, it looked like black pepper with the texture of sand and it nursed the wound like a heavy handed mobster!My dad is 98% bed bound, only able to get from bed to commode, and one of the drawbacks is getting sweat rashes on his botty. He had recently been put on blood thinners due to a DVT in his leg. Sadly, this caused his sore to bleed and weep more than usual and I was struggling to get the bleeding to stop. I went online and found this product. The write ups were good so I took a chance.After using the commode I asked him to bend over slightly so I could sprinkle some powder to the offending area. . . . . I would have loved to have given this product a score of 10 for comedic effect because I had no idea my dad could hit such a high note vocally or have both feet leave the ground at the same time. He had tears in his eyes and the colour of his face would have been a best seller for dulux paint.It did the job though but not sure if it was actually the product or shock that stopped the bleeding.My dad sometimes scratches his scrotum without thinking about it and makes that area bleed too . . . . . I have threatened to sprinkle ‘down there’ if he doesn’t behave lol.

This is amazing. I bought this as one of my dogs cut her pad and boy! do pads bleed!I managed to stop the bleeding after a long while and kept her quiet but on googling a way to stop blood faster I came upon this. I ordered and it arrived next day. ok! so it wasn't much use for the original wound but this would, because of it's location, would suddenly open up again and bleed if she put her foot down with too much force.You get tiny little tubes which are supposed to be enough for one wound but in all honestly, having a screw cap meant I could use what I needed and replace the cap, so keeping the rest for another time.It stops the bleed immediately. You just put it on a little pad of lint etc and hold firmly for 30 secs and all bleeding stops. Magic.
