Maybe the best handles I've ever used!
These are easily some of the best handles I have ever used if not the best actually, they're built really strong, the handles are super comfortable actually and almost a little bit sticky and slightly mushy but that's good because your hands won't slip holding them and they're not too sticky or too mushy but they're just right and made really well and will last a long time and probably out live us honestly unless you use them all the time and wear them out possibly but if you do that's a good thing because that means you're exercising as you should but these are easily worth the money and some of the best handles I have ever used easily but I have other ones also that are made really good as well and that have bigger D rings then these but these have 2 D rings that are fairly big, not the biggest but 2 that are fairly big so they'll be strong but these don't come with caribiners which kind of sucks even though I have plenty already so I would knock these down 1 star for that potentially but because the handles on these are more comfortable than any other handles out there that I know of I can't knock them down at all because I have about a dozen of these different singular handles and these are actually probably the most comfortable honestly because I just compared them to all the other ones that I have so these are about as good as you can get plus they look good as well so I highly recommend them!

X3, Harambe bar substitute that is sturdy, holds up very well, and is an excellent value
I almost didn't buy this because there are a couple of old photos showing the ends of the bar broken off. The manufacturer must have changed their specs because there is NO WAY the bar I have is going to come apart with even hundreds of pounds of force applied, and I've tried.I use this with HEAVY resistance bands, like the X3 Elite range, doubled over for deadlifts. This bar can easily handle the load. I bought heavier carabiners to accommodate thick bands, but the swiveling eyelets handle that easily. Just a tip, be sure your carabiner is completely closed before you place a heavy load on any band. The exposed threads will cut any band under high tension instantly. This bar does require you to unlock a carabiner to change bands, so things like the Harambe bar or the X3 have an advantage in that regard. The width is so much more comfortable for a variety of movements than the X3. I can use a short bar, but I really prefer this. The biggest benefit is probably in the chest press (where the added length gives resistance earlier in the movement), and in the deadlift (where the hand position is more like a barbell). The foam grip is durable and comfortable. If you are wondering whether to spend hundreds of dollars on an X3 system and you are concerned about all the complaints people make about shredded bands, just get this bar, a good set of bands, and one of the many 3rd party footplates out there. You might have to google a bit to figure out what I'm talking about, but if you are familiar with X3 you will get what I'm talking about...EDIT: After closer observation, the bar does flex very slightly during heavy deadlifts with bands doubled over, but I see no sign that the bar could actually fail. This is the equivalent of hundreds of pounds of weight. Still a very useful bar.

Heavy Duty but Inspiring
I don't think much about exercise equipment. In fact I have a huge collection of gear tossed into the back of the closet. This bar. however, inspires me to use it. Not sure if its heft or feel of the steel. Picking it up brings back memories of my younger self, pumping iron in high school. The weight, the smell of steel, and the grip! It's all good. Now that I am in my 50's, this bar represents a blast from the past as well as inertia for a new beginning (or a resurgence?). Despite he weight, I still think it's manageable for travel as checked in luggage.

Sturdy; good hand feel
Good price and quality so far. I appreciate the bag they come in. Wish they could’ve had hooks included

Very strong, very nice would recommend
I thought paying this much for them would be outrageous but they are pretty nice

Great Long Bar For Dual Cable Machine
I got this for a Bowflex Revolution to use as a long bar and has been great. The bar has a decent weight to it and it is sturdy when using heavy weight resistance. I've used it with 220 pounds of resistance and there is no flexing in the bar.The loops at each end spin independently of each other. This gives you full range of motion no matter what exercise you're doing.I have used this bar with the Bowflex and my cable machine to do pretty much any exercise I would do with a barbell and free weights. It has performed perfectly.

Best bar for any resistance bands out there, but works best with ALL of INNSTAR’s product lineup.
Best straight bar to connect to resistance bands on the market!!INNSTAR is Hands Down the Best Brand for resistance bands on Amazon, or on the market for that matter.I own almost all of their brown camo (heavy) resistance bands,& after having a cheap band I bought from another company snap,& miss my eye by .5”, leaving me with a knot under,& a black eye for weeks, I looked into “safer” options for resistance bands. INNSTAR is it,& they have reinforced ballistic nylon over their bands,& even if one did somehow snap, it’s not going to fly back at you,& almost take your eye out. It will remain concealed inside the nylon,& You will remain free of harms way.I bought this to go with INNSTAR’s 205lb “bench press” setup,& mixed it up even more with adding Fat Grips to this bar, as they widen your grip,& work out more of your arms in general. This straight bar is one solid piece of steel,& made for serious use. I use it with all other INNSTAR products, as all come with easy clips to clip directly to this bar, making for seamless workout transitions,& less time wasted trying to set up your next exercise.Your safety is worth the $, so go with a REAL brand,& just buy this bar. I did,& I’ve not regretted it once. It’s a definite staple of my daily workout routines.
