Earthy, distinct flavor
I used this in some homemade hummus and the flavor is very earthy and natural. It doesn't overpower the dish you're making with it but the distinct flavor is enough to add that extra complexity of flavor to your dish. I plan on trying this in a salad dressing mix next as I think the earthy flavor will compliment the fresh vegetables. The bottle is very dark and will keep the oil fresh for a while reducing the amount of light that gets into the container. Overall, a quality olive oil that brings a distinct flavor to dishes.

Fresh, flavorful, but a bit bitter
I recently tried the "Laudemio Tuscany High Polyphenols Extra Virgin Olive Oil", as I love olive oil, and don't ever want to miss a chance to try more. It was good for me, but not liked as much by my family.Pros:+ Freshness: The oil is from a recent, single early harvest. Marked on bottle, and clear from the taste.+ Quality Packaging: Nice packaging, and dark glass protecting from damage from the sub.+ Flavor Profile: Excellent. I think it is called "bright", which is very much feels fresh and highly flavorful in my mouth.Cons:- Bitterness: While I appreciate the slightly bitter taste, which is supposed to be typical of these high-polyphenol oils, it was a bit much for my family. They are more used to subtler, lighter tastes.Overall, the "Laudemio Tuscany Olive Oil" stands out. It is fresh, it tastes good, and would be a nice complement not only on salads, but as a side dish by itself. Some pita dipped in olive oil and za'taar requires these quality oils.

Lively flavor, inspiring in the kitchen!
When I ordered this Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Laudemio I really had no idea what to expect. What I did receive was a beautifully packaged 16.9 Oz bottle of something very special- it is of course olive oil, but unlike any olive oil I've had before.Just to smell it, I could tell that we were in for a treat. I never knew that olive oil could be so fragrant, this one smells grassy and bright, like a freshly cut lawn, and there is some fruitiness as well. For the taste test we both sipped a little bit. I found the oil to be much livelier then I've ever experienced before, it tastes earthy and rich, reminiscent of artichoke heart, there is also the tang of pepper and I swear I can detect a bit of citrus. Now I am inspired, and that is rare. So far we have tried it with pasta and sun-dried tomatoes, homemade bread, margarita pizza. and some drizzled over steak with gorgonzola. It seems like whatever I pair it with, the oil seems to change its flavor slightly to enhance the food. I never knew olive oil had such versatility, and I am even growing to like the bitterness in the aftertaste.Perhaps it's due to it being early harvest, but this oil is unlike any I've experienced before. There will be no going back to supermarket brands now, not after enjoying the authenticity of this oil. Currently this 16.9 oz bottle of extra virgin olive oil is selling for $52.47. It has an expiration date of 1/31/2027, which gives us plenty of time to enjoy every last drop of it. Needless to say, I think it is worth every penny of that price.

Delicious!
I do not often splurge on higher end olive oil, but gave this a shot. Got some fresh baguette and seasons some oil for dipping and it was awesome! Much better than the basic olive oil form the store. I am not a particular olive oils person so I am not sure how else to describe it other than just delicious!
