Q: do you recommend for Class a electrical retrackable steps

That's what I have and that's what I use. It works fine for me. Once it's set properly the step feels very steady. You have to set it tight in order to discharge the weight to the ground

Q: What are the instructions for installing? And does it fold for traveling or need to be removed each time?

It is adjustable to fit under you bottom step. Please measure the distance from the ground to your step as there are different models that adjust to different heights. I had to return mine and get the next size up. You cannot travel with it, it must be removed each time...but it is VERY worthwhile to have and makes going in and out must safer

Q: We have 3 steps, would you place these under the bottom one or the middle one ?

This will go down to 9" it would go on the bottom step.

Q: How do i prevent the steps from tipping up off the brace

If you adjust the brace to fit tightly to the steps, it will not tip. These braces made my steps more sturdy. Worth the money. I purchased 2. One for each side.
