My pup was peeing in her sleep, and having cloudy, white urine. Dal's are known for urinary issues, so I quickly bought these pills to see if I can alleviate her issues.I gave my Dalmatian puppy these pills for 7-days, but they started to work hours after giving her the first dose.She no longer has cloudy urine, nor does she urinate in her sleep. It helped tremendously with potty training, as she was no longer just popping a squat way too often.I definitely recommend these VetriScience UT Strength Stat pills if your puppy (especially a Dalmatian!) are having the same issues mine was.However, please note that these pills are only to be taken for 7-14 days, and are NOT for urinary maintenance.If you need a daily/weekly urinary maintenance supplement, then check out Super Snouts Urinary Berry.Also note, that the pill is HARD. I recommend just putting it in the back of the throat, and having them swallow it.

Only give one in morning for over a year. For my dog they work well. Was one prescription meds very expensive. Tried this. They work well, she will not chew the, spits them out quickly. Have to put on the back of her throat, which is easy.

I don't yet know how effective this is . . . but the description here states can be used long term. The bottle actually states in several places can NOT be used for long term maintenance. This is a 7-14 day course. So, since my dog is on amoxi for a recurrent UTI, I will finish out her med then use this for 2 weeks to hopefully transition her. After that, I am going with the NaturVet powder for long term maintenance. Hoping my plan works. I have given her one pill so far and she tolerated it well (ate it when tossed into her food and kept it down). I will keep this on hand IF there is another recurrence and use as part of an acute incident rather than long term maintenance and urinary support. Darn because I love VetriScience probiotics and went with them because I have had success with their products. I wish the description here had clearly stated this is a 7-14 day course during a UTI occurrence (guess STAT should have clued me in).

One of my senior dogs had a urinary infection and my vet put him on this for a week and retested him and he was fine. Another had the beginnings of crystals in his urine and was started on UT STAT by my vet and after a week was tested and was fine. Since my boys are older I periodically give them three days of UT STAT for healthy maintenance of the urinary tract. It is an excellent product based primarily on the same things a wholistic doctor would give a human for urinary tract issues, marshmallow root, dandelion root, and cranberry. My integrative vet practice told me they have had great success with this product with cats and dogs. There is a Vetri Science UT daily maintenance chew which I use more frequently for all my dogs. My dogs have no problem regarding UT STAT as a treat and take it readily. I believe in this product for maintenance of a healthy urinary tract in dog but it is not to be used continually like the Daily Maintenance. I use it roughly three days in a row per month. I would still see a vet if my dogs developed any health issues and not try to treat any urinary issues myself.

We own a paralyzed dog who gets expressed several times a day and began suffering nearly constant UTI. We were not sure if our expressing was causing it or not. Tests did not indicate any issues. My vet recommended this company's product that he sells for triple (he says its a different configuration, I don't know) but I decided to try this version and the UTI's (knock on wood) have stopped since we started George on this. If you are dealing with UTI and by that I mean your dog, not you, I would recommend you try these before you get the overpriced vet produced same brand :)

Our vet suggested this for our dog who is prone to uti's. It seems to have helped her. I have to disguise them with peanut butter to take them though. She doesn't like to eat them without the PB but as long as they work it is worth it.
