Purchased this pot set as a treat for myself, my old set has seen there best had them for nearly 20yrs , hopefully this set will last as long, delivery arrived quickly, and was very well packaged each piece protected with layers of cardboard and a pot protector, nice heavy set but not too heavy, I cook a lot so these pots will be put to the test, have only received them and used a couple of times and so far there excellent and fit my needs

Faulty item
I was so excited to get the parcel; it arrived, the packaging was quite flimsy and torn in the corner. I was surprised the lids were not broken. One pan was faulty, and I contacted them through chat to say that this is faulty and needs replacement, after the agreement on this with the customer service rep. I got an email to send the images. Proceeded with that as well.The day after, I got an email to package up the entire box to send it back and order another ! Quiote, annoyed, called up again; they said, If you get another package and there is something faulty again, we will issue a return, and then you need to purchase again! Out of this 21-piece set and the way it was packaged, it's quite likely this will happen again. And I'm quite shocked that they cannot just replace the faulty item; the seller refuses to do so!! So I'm left with a faulty pan and quite annoyed ... Need to keep this in mind: never buy from third-party sellers on Amazon; mostly it has been bad experieces.

Love them!
I have just received my my cooking pan set, and I am extremely happy with them. I love how it looks when I open them better than the pictures on the website. Perfect for my kitchen. I can't wait to start using them.

Lovely set
My first time buying a really nice set of pots and pans, the handles are really smooth to touch, great variety set. The first set went missing and I was refunded, note to seller: maybe a good idea to remove the picture from the outside of the box to avoid temptation.

Safe non-stick pots & pans
The pots are light weight, and gorgeous to look at. Easy to use, and need Oil to cook. The best cookware I have had!!
