So far these gels work the fastest in bringing up my glucose. Ive been in the 40s and this gel had me back within safe glucose levels in minutes. The taste is like the chewable tablets minus the chaulky feeling. The package so far is the easiest to tear open as well. The contents inside is liquidy not gel .

They act quickly to bring up glucose levels for type 1 diabetics. They are sweet, but that is because they are glucose. No unnecessary ingredients. So easy to pack and go. Fits easily into backpack, purse or pockets. Highly recommend.

Great product, portable for in the go

I often have very low blood sugar in the early am hours and have tried several of this type of products. I’m very happy with how quickly this works and the minimal taste and volume needed to raise my BS to a safe level.The packets are small and are easy to carry for unexpected travel emergencies.Anyone who wears a CGM knows that unless your BS gets to safe levels you will continue to receive low glucose alarms and this can be very concerning and disruptive to your sleep, having a product that works quickly and doesn’t make you feel sick can make all the difference.

These are much easier to take then glucose tablets. They taste nice, not chalky like tablets, not an odd flavor combo like other higher priced gels.Very effective in raising blood sugar levels.Best value I have found yet!
