Only had it for about 2 weeks, but I feel less bloated already. I do take it in the morning majority of the time. Makes me feel fuller for my next meal which is great. Taste is fine, I like it with some honey.

I been experiencing lower back pain on my left side. It moves all the way around to the left side abdomen. My Urine has become quite cloudy, and the pain in my back intensifies when urinating. I've been to the Emergency Room and also follow up appointments with my primary doctor, which she is an Internal Medicine Doctor. I had every imaging test known to man. And doctor's all say everything looks great. They see no kidney stones. So I thought to go to Amazon to research a urinary cleanse. Came across this Tea I read all of the reviews. Positive feed back, so I'm giving it a go. I've made an evening cup of this tea. I had to put some honey with it. It tastes rather nice. Can hardly wait to feel the difference.

I steep 2 bags in about 6 cups of water. I have a hot cup in the morning and I refrigerate the rest and drink it throughout the day. At night I reuse the bags and make me a big cup before bedtime. Only been doing this for three days and feel awesome, out of this world energy and #2 has improved. I have always loved and had cravings for sweets, candy, ice cream and anything else with sugar but strangely enough I haven't even wanted or thought about sweets. I know it's early but I look forward to seeing what good stuff happens

I am just going to lay it out there. I am sorry if I offend any one but this is my experience. I started having darker yellow urine and it was foamy. I want down some rabbit holes to see what I could do. First I found that it could be too much protein in my diet so I cut back and ate more veggies. After a couple of weeks nothing was changing so I want down some more rabbit holes and found that maybe what I needed to do was a kidney detox. So I looked on Amazon and found these tea bags. I got them soon after ordering and when I got it I had a cup right away. Well after my anticipation calmed down I found out I should have a cup first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It tastes fine and I got to have a quiet cup in the morning. I didn't notice anything for about a week and then it happened…the foamy stuff was gone and my urine was clearer than it had been for a long time. I am now a week and a half in and I pee like I used too. I am definitely going to finish the 25 tea bags and not stop at two weeks which is what you can do. I am so happy I got this tea and my kidneys seems to like it too. A note on the flavor…I don’t have a problem with the flavor, but if you really like flavored tea it might not be your favorite. If you drink black tea, you might really enjoy. Whatever it is for you, please try it and see what could be a huge difference like it was for me. Thank you for making this tea

It really works! Pleasantly tasty. Flavor wise it is great for the palate.

This is all an opinion but I think it helps with the gut muscles it brings up concentration and I think it also clears out glands around the nose area that's all I could detect while I was watching my body hopefully I'm allowed to write another review after about a week of taking this

I don't know if it was the tea, but after drinking before bed, I was in such a deep sleep that I almost felt hung over when I woke up in the morning. I wonder if it's because my body is detoxing. Not sure, but I'm going to continue drinking it to see what other (good) side effects I get. The taste is definitely earthy. I drink it cold throughout the day.

I received and got this product the next day terrific outstanding wonderful I took the first bag about the afternoon. Felt a tremendous change in the body.
