Large heating pad that’s soft to the touch and wraps around shoulders and back . The heat control is easy to use with different timers and strength of heat. It has been designed well. This has been a major help with fibromyalgia pain . Very happy with the results so far . Been using for a month.

The heat mat worked well for 3 months but today it will not heat up, very disappointing, not sure if it’s guaranteed.

Beautiful soft fabric, lovely size. Simple to use but at best only gets tepid warm on the maximum setting. This is the 2nd brand I bought in a week and will probably end up returning due to the lack of heat output. Looking to buy a large heat pad where I don’t need to have it on the maximum setting. Bought 1 from Amazon 2 years ago which got proper hot, could use on number 3 happily. 4 or 5 were a bit hot sometimes, but it just conked out.

Good heat pad! It’s a decent size and provides nice, consistent heat. There are lots of temperature settings, and the auto-off feature is great for when I fall asleep with it on. As someone with chronic back pain, I can’t tell you enough how much relief this gives me!

Disappointing that the blanket has to be dampened with a spray before being used. Not in the sales blurb. Functions ok.
