Love these plates. They are not flat plates but have a nice rounded edge that make them almost like bowls. So they are great for everyday meals but also meals that may need some coverage, like pasta with sauce.

Not Exactly Plates
These are “deep dish” plates and almost bowls.I wanted 8” Plates or Saucers.Considerably more curvature.But they are 8”.

Multiple functionalities and conveniences!
These plates can be used in the microwave and regular ovens, plus they’re dishwasher safe. They fit well between the dishwasher pegs. I like cooking in and eating from the same container for fewer containers to wash. I also like microwaving some foods before roasting them in my toaster oven. No need to switch to another container. Their raised edges keep food from sliding off. They make flat plates obsolete. These dishes are a dream come true!
