I received this product as a gist from my sister in law. Initially I said that i another product from plants with little effects.I just got sick with a cold and it affected my sinuses. I stat using it and the product is amazing. It helps me breath. It is a very good solution for sinus problems

For chronic sinusitis, I'm not sure if this product will deal with the infection although it may reduce the severity. The root cause has to be addressed which is inflammation and there are no natural product or spray that I know of that is available. It is a viscous cycle. This product does sting my nasal lining for a short while. I guess it is effect of oil of oregano or clove. I have mixed views about this product, perhaps it is too early to comment if it is effective or not, so far not much notable improvement. Beside it is somewhat pricey.
