Metra95-3527 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for 2004-up Pontiac Grand Prix Vehicles (Black)

The factory radio, the climate control panel, and the storage box all link together under the bezel. So when I went to install a 3rd party head unit, the generic brackets that came with the unit just were not going to work. Also the fit and finish were going to leave some ugly gaps. This dash kit was the answer. The bracket fits like the factory radio and the trim parts are as close to a factory look as you can get. I did have to get out the Dremel and do some minor trimming but that was due to the head unit and not the install kit itself. The end result was a great looking fit.

You get what you pay for, it's flimsy and not seamless, but it works and looks good unless you look close at certain places where the bezel does not snap tight and sticks out a little----- minor manufacturing marks that could probably be filed smooth if I took the time
