I received my tablet today and absolutely love it. It's very easy to set up. I am using it as a stand alone tablet and not using with my cell carrier but it's available if you are interested in doing that. You can also use a USB C to USB C to transfer apps and data from your phone to the tablet. I started it and decided to erase but it is very simple to do if you want. It's very simple all you need to do is hook up the USB C and all you have to do is answer a few questions and the tablet does it all. I would recommend this to family and friends. I would buy the product again if I ever need a 2nd tablet.

I like this tablet, it does what it's supposed to do. I can watch movies, videos and even play games. Good

This tablet was a complete waste of time. Even with all of these "amazing specs" that is being touted on the advert pictures, it was sluggish and choppy. It barely had anything loaded on it so I can only imagine how bad it would be after adding more apps. Immediately returned this garbage.

Needed it primarily for GPS applications.1) Keeps dropping WiFi and it can't find any networks unless you reboot.2) Rebooting can take around 8 minutes.3) Set-up took around 5 hours because of the random freezes.4) Volume has no "low" setting. You get High, Medium, Mute, that's it.5) Somewhere around 2-3 hours to charge.6) No tech support, just an email you might get a reply from.

I purchased 9 of these tablets because they were suppose to work with T-Mobile but they do not so if you want to use the cellular/sim card slot do not purchase, if you want to use with just WiFi or a different hot spot that's another opition.

Bought this to compare to my Samsung A9 (same price range when the A9 is on sale) and I have to say I was very disappointed with this one. It is incredibly slow in comparison, the screen is , much lower quality, and after 3 months of use I get and error saying:"The battery temps is below -1 degrees Celsius."And it now no longer charges. It's never been wet, and has been well taken care of. Very low quality for a price tag that is mid range. Would be worth maybe $79...Save your money or if you are in need buy a lower end Samsung. Or just wait, the lower end new ones go on sale frequently.You definitely get what you pay for... I was just expecting/hoping for a little better.
