Bluetooth 5.2 Wireless Audio Adapter for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Elite 2 Controller, Xbox Mic Adapter with Screen Supports Low Latency

I really wanted to use a Soundcore Bluetooth headset with my XBOX so I decided to try this one as it had some great reviews and others who had problems. I was determined to make it work.The adapter requires no batteries and has a digital interface with a screen and easy to understand tactile buttons.As many of the reviews state, it paired effortlessly, but alas had very low sound. It didn't make sense to me that the adapter itself would cause the volume to change. So I spent maybe an hour checking my game settings, my headphone settings and finally the XBOX settings.The fix is in the XBox settings. You must adjust the volume settings hidden in the Xbox menus. First pair up your headphones/earbuds. The small adapter has a digital readout that shows it is paired, the microphone status and the volume level. Once paired, go to the Xbox menu "Games and Apps" - go to Apps - find the "Settings" app. Chose the Audio section. Once in there, you will see multiple choices. The trick is finding the right sub-category that has a hidden volume control. Once you see the volume control slider you are in the right place and can adjust it. My sound worked perfectly once I turned up the volume for the xbox. Before I adjusted this I had a very low volume and it only came out of one ear. Again that was an Xbox error not the adapter.

Didn’t work very well, was a complete waste of money. The quality was terrible.. and you can barely hear anything from it with a ringing noise in the background from other people’s mics

Works perfectly with headphone not meant for xbox.

They connect well produce good sound only thing I wish is that I could talk using the AirPods mic instead it being built in!

I absolutely love! Loud and clear in my headphones, easy instructions, and my mic on my headphones don't work but the mic on the adapter itself is really good. (For me) I have a very generic cheap Bluetooth headset and was nervous with some of the reviews but I'm very happy with this purchase.

I have paired multiple headphones and earbuds through this device. While it's easy enough to pair your devices, I absolutely do NOT recommend this. Even when cranked up to the maximum volume of 16, the audio is way too quiet. I'm not looking to blow put my eardrums, but I definitely shouldn't have to turn on subtitles to understand dialogue.Initially, I thought this must be a bug on my end, but I have tried pairing this with multiple headsets, used it with the controller both plugged in and on battery, and have tried it with games, multiple streaming services, and even CDs, and the sound never gets above someone speaking very quietly... barley above a whisper.Useless.

Well, I can say that I'm satisfied with product functionality, I cant entirely say that I am happy with my product upon delivery. I got it recently, and when I opened the box and took it out, it seemed as though the item was used before even though I paid for a brand new one. There are some scuffs I can't seem to remove from the plastic display on the device (as seen in the picture, and it looks like the input plugs are somewhat dirty as if they had already been previously used and someone else's controller. Even the inside of the box was slightly dusty, but I gave that the benefit of the doubt given that these are most likely packaged in factories with a less than ideal work environment. Yes the product does work and it works effectively, but my advice to everyone if you plan to buy: inspect your product when you receive it and make sure it looks pristine and brand new as it should be. I don't know if my issue was an Amazon mistake or company negligence, but needless to say, definitely thoroughly inspect your item when you receive it.

Worked for like 3 matches on battlefield 2042 then for some reason when I tried to connect my other headset that was charging it completely stopped working oh I know the problem made in China now it just says ver v3.9 waiting when I did the whole process of pairing waste of money, now I'm gonna use it as target practice and look for something else
