Great for individuals with constant ear blockages
My teenage son seems to always get ear issues. Once I had to take him to the ER and get ear drops. He uses his headphones to game a lot so I’m sure that attributes to his ear wax build up.I got this after being grossed out from all the a tips I went through with my son. I tried this and it flushed out the build up. He likes to use it every now and then and now I haven’t had any ear issues with him. It was so bad before that he wouldn’t be able to hear out of his ears due to the blockages.I had used the ear cleaner that you can see inside the ear as you scooped it out. That was too painful for him. This is a painless solution.

Easy to Use, Effective
This was ideal to get a blocked ear unblocked. It's easy to use and fill and surprisingly quiet. I used warm water, and that seemed to work out best for both comfort and removing the stuck wax. Cleaning the unit after use is fast and easy (I used Dawn dish soap on the attachments that I used).

Not too complicated, effective and it was easy to use.
This was my first time using an electric ear cleaner, and while there was a bit of a learning curve, it wasn’t too hard to figure out. The instructions are straightforward, and I decided to use it in the shower to avoid making a mess. The water compartment is a little small, but it does come with a hose for an alternative water source. It was easy to use, though I think I might have fumbled a bit since it was my first time. Just make sure the water is room temperature—warm water felt uncomfortable to me. The machine has a mode button to adjust the pressure and an on/off switch, making it simple. I was surprised at how much wax it cleared out, so it definitely works.

Not powerful
Even on highest setting with most intense nozzle was not effective

Ear irrigation tool faulty instructions
Confusing instructions. Poor English grammar. Also, a Misspelling. Works well, but also confusing on how to adjust to using the extra tube for unlimited water supply.

Adjustable Modes, Charges Quickly but USE WARM WATER!
Our family produces a lot of ear wax, unfortunately. It gets expensive to see a doctor or specialist when the ears get too clogged and I have tried a lot of over-the-counter devices and drops to ease the problem. I was super skeptical of this because of the possibility of a swimmer's ear infection. I have been adding some hydrogen peroxide drops into the water and afterward using an ear-drying solution to prevent any ear infections. I also use boiled or bottled water. A could of suggestions: Never use cold water (it could induce you to have vestibular problems, become dizzy and feint). Warm water does better on wax anyway. Don't get the water too hot (ears are sensitive). I prefer to do this while sitting (in a bathtub or near a sink) to ensure I don't get dizzy or have issues. The device has three adjustable modes. None of them are super powerful but they do their job. I do wonder if using an ear wax softening drop before this would produce better results and plan to try this next time. The charging took about an hour and so far, it has been used about four times and has not needed to be recharged.

Decent ear cleaner, but I'm skeptical
This works okay with its adjustable water pressure modes and different nozzles for various cleaning needs. The flared ear cups add a level of safety, preventing over-insertion, which is reassuring. However, I'm still abit skeptical about having water inside my ear and its overall effectiveness. The extra accessories are nice, but I'm unsure if it truly provides the deep clean it promises. It's functional, but not fully convincing for me.

Works well
We use Debrox or similar drops for my child's ears. They usually have you use a suction bulb to spray water into the ear to remove the loosened wax. This cuts that process down a lot!My daughter said it felt weird, but not painful. The water pressure wasn't too much. Make sure you use the right temp water or that would be very uncomfortable. The water unit on the device is quite small and runs out quickly. However, it gives you an alternate hose to attach to a larger water source for long use time. The drainage line must not be bent or looped or the ear cup will fill with water and make a mess.I'm not sure I would ever use it without the ear drops first since those do the heavy work.
