This thing has saved me so much. My wife accidentally washed a stuffed animal and it keeps catching the fluff that we thought was gone. It's not getting stuck in the vent lines and I'm not having to pull the dryer away from the wall to clean the outdoor vent. There is no space to access the outdoor vent, so this is a life and dryer saver.I got this because our dryer started under performing and was taking multiple cycles to dry, after cleaning the outdoor vent and hoses, putting this inline, I immediately saw the difference. Easy to clean and keep the air flowing!Sorry, it hasn't helped me find those missing socks 🧦 yet...

I gave it 5 stars because it so much better than the one that I had before that was plastic. The screens could be a little finer. That would work a lot better

This extracts an impressive amount of lint from our dryer exhaust. However, the door doesn’t seal tightly, so it sprays lint dust onto the wall we mounted it to and makes a slight whistling sound. I wonder if someone makes high temperature, fireproof weather stripping I could add to the door.One of the filters arrived bent. I straightened it as best as I could, and it doesn’t seem to affect performance.Also, the lint doesn’t really adhere to the filters, and it looks like some fraction of it is falling back into the duct.

This attachment is well made and far better than any others I found.

The design does not funnel air well through the filter box so that air flow is restricted so much the dryer displays an error code for restricted airflow. New vent conduit was installed for only a short stretch and the internal section was clean thoroughly. Once the filter box was removed, I received no more error codes.

Excellent product—-sturdy and likely to last a long time.
