Perfect and best for everything baking, barbeque functionality the installation and demo were awesome. Service engineer was really polite and explained everything clearly.Since the seller didn't provide the starter kit and unhappy with them. Though it was mentioned that it comes with the product. Amazon is becoming deceiver.Worst customer service from Amazon. Not at all ready to talk with the customer.

Good oven. I was bit apprehensive after reading the reviews about not receiving all the components, however, I got everything from the starter kit to the oven. So everything was okay for me. Great seller and service. I got it from Dawntech Electronics.

Anyone who is thinking with multiple options, stop thinking twice and just go for IFB. It’s cheap and the best one!

I have purchased IFB 30 L Convection Microwave Oven (30BRC2, Black) on Amazon I got it on time delivery, reliable products. I will surely recommend this beautiful product from IFB to everyone.I registered it on IFB site for warranty and for demo, immediately the next day they called me and told me that they will send the IFB specialist for demo once covid-19 lock down is done, but I am not convinced and told the same thing that if the demo guy will come after covid-19 then my 10 days replacement policy will expire in that case if any functional issue or internal damage is there at the time I can't put replacement of the pruduct.Then next day I got small doubt about the IFB oven legs whether they are four rubber nobs or two runnber nobs and two steel in built legs.Then immediately i got call from maharashtra zonal guy Shreepad and confirmed me that only 2 rubber nobs (legs) and two default silver plated. I raised my concernm infront of him in the same call and he totally agreed my concern, but i didn't expect him such a nice and humble answer from him like he will schedule a call to explan and give demo on the product. After that I told him that i will be free at 4 PM on the same day. he accepted and called me the same 4 PM and explained/ given demo such a manner that even we can't get the such a good demo in face to face demo. He explained each and every function along my intervension(doing my self on oven) on oven. Really Hatsoff and thank you very much Shreepad for giving such a nice demo and also really appriciating for taking owner ship of giving the demo on the product.NOTE: Shreepad also given some suggestions on how to keep the oven clean go increase life span. And also thought safety measures while using the oven like utensilst and distance between the base left, right , top and back side of oven. This is really good thing but we can't expect from the demo person but shreepad shared me that.Shreepad once your demo is done, i am able to do my self by using each and every option (function buttons)I am giving ***** (5 Stars) sir for you(Shreepad) for such a nice and understandable demo on my new IFB 30 L Convection Microwave Oven (30BRC2, Black).

I bought it 2 years back. Recently it stopped working. Their service representative came, said it'll take 5k to replace faulty part, asked me to shell out 3k for AMC instead.Once I bought the AMC then he said that the part replacement is not needed immediately. He just changed the fuse for 300 rs and went away.I have another IFB product as well which has stopped working in less than 2 years. I used to like this brand, but they have bad products which keeps failing and the service charges are quite high, even with warranty. I'll honestly stick with Samsung or LG. Never buying their products again.
