Honest review from a seasoned miner.
I ordered mine on February 1st and I received it on time and I set it up and it works perfectly. I also have to say that you actually can use the miner with most pools for at least all the ones I've tried and I tried five different pools so far and they all work. I just ordered my second one a few days ago and can't wait to get it.

Honest opinion
in my honest opinion, these are totally inadequate for what they are purposed for. They’re very difficult to set up. The software is in adequate for the purpose. The unit overheat very easily so the fan is even in adequate to move air through a unit stock off the shelf. I have yet to recoup one penny of the over $400 I’ve spent on these devices that I’ve gotten. The only person getting any money is the person selling these junk devices and I say junk because they have done absolutely nothing but aggravate me and not do anything for me

Simple and easy to setup
As title states: simple and easy to setup. Shipped quick and packaged well, had it setup and mining within minutes. Would buy more but now waiting for LV08

As soon as the device is setup via the website and connected to my home internet, I can no longer connect to the website for monitoring purposes. Unless I disconnect/reset the device and I'm not sure if each time the device is reset the mining progress is lost, as it starts over once reset.

Works nicely, but in a restricted manner.
It only works with their mining pools. They did not disclose this in their description.
