Great customer support (if you are flexible on time)
I purchased this printer as a hobbyist, and so far have setup the printer and done test prints, so limited use.I struggled setting it up as my computer wouldn’t find the printer but I eventually swallowed my pride and reached out to their customer support team via WhatsApp. They responded late at night but mentioned their time zone was Asia time, so a full 12 hours different. I had to adjust my expectations of immediate support, and ended up receiving incredible support from Eric at 10pm EST. He was able to remote in and setup my printer, ran through all the configuration with me, verified I followed all of the steps, and then allowed me to perform 2 test prints.For the price we paid, this printer will be more than worth it and the support received made up for my frustrations.

Do not recommend this machine
This item is absolute JUNK. We’ve only owned it for 5 months and EVERY single week we have a different issue with it and the company is based in China so getting help and support is non existent. I asked for a refund and would send this junk machine back to them and nope they won’t help us. So we paid $2500 for a machine that is going to sit on a shelf and collect dust cause it DOESNT WORK. We’ve had to communicate with the company via WhatsApp and they only respond in the middle of the night when most people are sleeping. I would not recommend this product unless you feel like wasting money on something that is broken down more than it can be used. So irritating.

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this dtf printer! I have had more issues than I have time using it! I had to contact their support to in order to download the software because the usb that came with it would not open. You have to do some type of maintenance to it almost every time you go to use it. I have had to reset the ink counter several times, and now it will not reset. The nozzle head has to be cleaned by hand before you use it. I will have to have tech support reset it, if I decide to keep it. I read several positive reviews about this model before buying it. Do more research but I highly advise not buying this particular model of dtf printer.

Great support excellent product
Love this machine! The automatic white mixer is a god send! Customer service is amazing. Yes it may take some time to hear back but never more than a day :) I really don’t have issues with it that isn’t easily fixable.Update 30 days later:It won’t turn on. I kept it very clean and kept in optimal conditions. The warranty on amazon doesn’t cover this printer so if you’re buying warranty- dont ,cause it won’t be covered.I still don’t know what’s wrong with it cause now the customer service folks are just guessing and have no idea. You think they would know? But they can’t even tell me what fuses I could at least check and what voltage it should be atLame.

WORST PRINTER EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WHEN RETURNING THE ITEM SHADY BAD!
This is the worst printer! No help with customer service and I like to think I am a pretty smart cookie when it comes to electronics. The printer would lose ink, ink would go everywhere, I might have gotten 3 transfers after trying to print weeks with it! The dtf paper would move and never be straight. Then I returned it before 30 days because I had finally had enough, they tried to keep half the money as a restocking fee!!! I sent everything back to them. This product and company is pure junk and shady!! I have been fighting to get that restocking fee refunded ever since. Wish me luck! DO NOT BUY THIS!

So Impressed with after service support
Love my printer it is very easy to use. I had some issues with the software when installing so I reached out to after service support and they fixed the issue and answered all my questions.The color and print quality is amazing . I previously had an Epson 8550 that I hacked trying to keep cost down and there is no comparison…buy this printer you’ll love it and it will cost you less than hacking a printer to be a DTF

Mistake
Going on week 2. Would like to know it works. Has not printed white ever. Still trying to get tech support. Good luck with that! Would never buy again.

I'm happy so far
I've had a few months and every single time I've had any kind of questions or having trouble setting it up I have contacted customer service they've got right back with me and they have walked me through it ... Shout out to Eric ... cuz he's been wonderful he has been the one that helped me every single time
