So Worth the Purchase
This exceeded my expectations. I suffer from migraines as well as just typical headaches and this feels like heaven! You really have a spa experience from the soothing voice that introduces what you are about to experience to the actual experience. The heat on your eyes is very gentle, the temple massage and back of the head massage helped to slowly release the tightness from a headache! Hands down my absolute favorite part!!! Highly recommend

comfortable for side sleeping
This is a great massager!Pros:pressure is top tier! I use it on high pressure and it feels greatperfect for falling asleep in as a side sleeper! I don't feel like the bulk is crazy and can sleep comfortably on my sideSilent mode! You can turn on silent mode and it just stops when the time is up instead of the annoying voice that pops in telling you it's over, that used to always wake me up in other models.Timer goes up to 30m. My old one stopped at 15 and I was constantly restarting it because that's about the time it takes me to fall asleep and I would wake up when it finished. the 30m is perfect!Cons:The back of the head massager isn't as cool as it sounds. it doesn't really sit where it's beneficial and it just feels like it pushes on my head without actually massaging. Also has a tendency to slip a little when I'm laying down and will pop off the back of my head. This is a personal preference of mine, but it only massages the temples and forehead (and the back of the head), I prefer it to also massage the sinuses, again, not really a con but worthy of mention.Difficult to clean. My other massager has a more, pleather like material that is easy to wipe with an alcohol wipe, this is cloth. While it's extremely comfortable, I'm not sure how to get it clean as it doesn't even remove.

Frustrating programming, ill fitting for smaller heads
I bought the one without the back of the head massage. I have a smaller-ish head and I've been using a bob and Brad eye massager for a while but things about it just irked me like the voice.1. The head strap. It either has to go very high or very low on the back of my head, which messes with the fit of the eye part. Either putting too much pressure on the bridge of my nose or my eyes/eyebrows.2. My nose hits the sharp plastic edge of the device as the eye pad doesn't quite cover it, I've tried adjusting it but it always slips back.3. You either have the music/voice or complete silence. I'd have thought at least I could turn off the music and just have the voice. Nope, not only is this highly annoying, what makes it almost unbearable is you have to mute the music every single time you turn it on, because the music volume is NOT saved, only sound & narroration on/off4. I like to go into a savasana pose and go completely still while the massager works; I don't know if it's just my unit or what, but it pauses awkwardly in between massage types, and sometimes will stop completely if I am still enough. I have to shake my head for it to continue???? What is the point of relaxation when it turns off when you are still. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️5. Compared to the bob & Brad eye massager, I was hoping there would be more of a variety of massage types in some sort of order i could control, but this is not the case. The massages are very repetitive, the time between it switching massage types is too long, the pressure seems off as any pressure setting pressed on my eyes wrong and not in a relaxing way.Maybe the older version is better, but the one without the back of the head massager is just... frustrating. I have returned it.

Does not meet my requirements
First, I have owned a previous version of a Renpho eye massager for over two years & it still works perfectly. I have severe head pain (migraine) that has not stopped for over 3 1/2 years & is not always softened by medications. My go to mechanical device has been the earlier A-white Renpho eye massager that has both compression & kneading around the eyes and temples. The only reason I purchased this newer Renpho device (Eyeris Shift) is because my earlier version of the (Renpho White) device is breaking down around the leather edges of the padding from so much useage. When this new Renpho eye massager arrived I realized that it did not have a kneading feature. This new Renpho I received is an excellent product, but It does not have the kneading features that I require. This Renpho has quality packaging, excellent build, better padding & other nice features. This product is an excellent device for tension head pain or for those who want to escape for up to 30 minutes from anxiety. After returning this device, I have ordered an updated version ,(Z-White), of my older eye massager & I could not be happier. If you do not need the kneading feature I highly recommend this Renpho model. Renpho has many excellent Eye Massagers. Choose wisely.
