Love the speed and battery life, & the lack of fan or vents
Good, rugged, light laptop that runs fast enough for most things, and without the cooling fan, you might experience CPU throttling under high workloads, but We've not really experienced this problem. I got this for my son, and he's not playing the highest framerate games, & it's plenty powerful for Roblox. Otherwise, the word processing, web browsing & video watching is no problem for the passive cooling. The long lasting battery is great, too. A laptop without vent holes means dust isn't getting in.

What a great find!!
The media could not be loaded. In LOVE with my purchase. It didn't come in an apple box BUT it came in perfect condition. Not a scratch. Looks completely brand new. Great battery life. Comes with a USB-C charging cable. Bought a magsafe separately, not a big deal but overall the laptop itself is BEAUTIFUL. Slapped a clear case on it and i am SO happy.

I love my new computer!
I’d had my MacBook Air for 11 years and the battery was not holding a charge. I bought this as a replacement and I absolutely love it. I can use my finger to login and to access my saved, passwords. The screen is nice and bright, the battery works great, it could be because I’m comparing it to a much older model, but I’ve found it to be nothing but wonderful.

great computer and decent price
finally upgraded/updated from my 2017 and so happy i did. this is a "not new" computer but i wouldn't know it. I use it mainly for communicating and looking up info, no games or work but i need space for my music, pictures etc and this works so much better then my old macbook air! very happy with my purchase

Good value but minor damage to the screen
The renewed MacBook was a reasonable price. It is fast with the M3 chip and runs the latest macOS 15.0.1. It would be a good MacBook if it weren’t for the discolored spot on the screen.I didn’t notice it initially until I restarted it when it showed in plain background color. The spot appeared discolored dimly compared to the rest of the background. It looked like someone had stabbed the screen to have caused the damage to the LCD screen. It is not noticeable if you ignore it. However, it doesn’t display the pixels correctly. I had to return it and get a new one.It is a hit-or-miss for a renewed laptop. It is no big deal if it is a scratch on the outside. But when it is on the screen, it affects the display, which can make a difference in the graphic display.
