I am a personal trainer part of a team of other trainers, and we all swear by this. It is one of the best ways to recover any sort of muscle injury, or fatigue. Granted, you have to make sure you’re using the correct setting. I cannot give a high enough review for this item because it has helped so many of my clients recover in so many ways. It has lasted really well, can be comfortably wrapped around body part, is super easy to use, is a perfect size, has great function options since it turns off automatically after 20 minutes.

I had a partial nephrectomy and experienced quite a bit of pain! This has been AMAZING!! Perfect size to use it while I’m working! Easy to conceal under clothing! Love the functional settings and very easy to use! One of the best products I’ve purchased!!

Easy to use so far have only used this one a couple of times but I have had two or belts before.

I have a larger one of these and I thought this might be a good size and easier to use just on my knee or whatever and it’s quite convenient. I like it a lot. I’ve been using it because it’s not such a big thing to have out so it’s been working well for me.

My daughter says I should get commission because I refer it to so many friends and family members. Literally if anyone mentions any sort of pain or discomfort, I refer them to this. Even random people at the gym, kid you not. Highly recommend and am grateful I found this product. Don’t hesitate.

This belt has helped me and I used to take medicine all day to ease pain. Not no more. I use this in the am and sometimes before bed! LOVE IT

I have been in a lot of pain recently both from an old weight lifting injury as well as from bad postpartum posture. I’ve been looking for something that would help instantly relieve some of my pain. As soon as this arrived I ripped it out of the box and threw it on. After the first use I did not notice much however after the second use today, the pain has started to lessen; I cannot wait to see what relief day 3 brings. It’s also very easy to use and the heat quality is perfect.

Was sent for a gift for my niece who is having back problems. She said it works very well and does help with her pain.
