I tried this supplement to see if it gave me more energy and help me to sleep better. I feel like it’s done both of those things, plus took my sweet tooth away! I do not crave candy any more. And I was really addicted to candy… all kinds. I still like fruit, and milkshakes… but not Hershey kisses, or gummy bears!

First, I have to say I did absolutely love these pills. They made me feel full when I didn’t eat so much, they gave me energy and focus, they did help me sleep better at night and fall asleep. I would have given it five stars, but unfortunately, it does not work with me. I have a hormonal IUD and I believe it was thinking I was pregnant. People back in the day used to give ashwaganda to assist with abortions so if anybody is reading this do not take while pregnant. I started having breakthrough bleeding and I believe it was trying to expel the IUD . I started getting more Chest congestion as well. After doing the research, I was shocked. Like I said, I really enjoyed the effects except for the side effects I mentioned.

My product Can in the mail Monday , I took the supplement at 12 noon bye 3pm my bowls moving. As time progressed I noticed bloating was completely gone, I’ve had a better mood , energy as well . This could be just all in my mind but my sweet tooth has died down DRASTICALLY. Sweet are now to sweet, I’m not as hungry , and I get full Faster !!! I 100% support this stuff. Also I did not consult with a doctor first I just did my own research. This was a source to help or improve my gut health
