I have 3 different brands of floor washers and this worked well. In particular the self cleaning is much more advanced than other units and the roller scraper works extremely well, the battery lasts for a decent amount of time (about 30 min). The lay flat feature cleaning is fantastic. On the negative, it leaves the floors quite wet, even in the suction mode and the suction should be much better. However, the suction suddenly stopped working after about 15 light uses with the error to clean the bottom tube. However, there is no blockage and the tube is clean and further, one can actually hear that the suction motor is not switching on. Also the self cleaning fails. There are other reports of this happening after a short time and it seems to be not a one-off occurrence. Such poor quality is unacceptable for such an expensive unit.Update: Customer Service was very responsive and offered to send a shipping label for shipping to a repair center and corrected the defect. Overall, customer service was very responsive and it is reassuring to know that one can count on their customer service should one have a problem, as the floor washer otherwise works quite well.

This product is well constructed and in my opinion ion the parts are made with good quality materials. It vacuumed and mopped well. Cleaning is easy enough. I cannot say anything bad about the quality and functionality of this product. The only thing I can say as a petite woman at the age of 71, I find the appliance to be too heavy to carry up and down the stairs.Another very positive experience I had is the way the service staff communicated. They were on top of their game. Very knowledgeable of their product and very helpful. My issues with the product was resolved in a very timely manner and everyone I dealt with was polite, courteous and truly helpful.

Wish I would have bought one years ago (well if the older models worked this good) we are 100% hardwood laminate and keeping my floors clean with kids and dogs is a full time job. NOT ANYMORE. I can clean set back on charger and clean again later in day all in under 10 min each time. Love it

UPDATE:Dreame contacted us and offered to change the product, probably the first one was defected.New product is working fine, it is not perfect, there are some improvement to do, it is not cheap and for that price I think is required more fine quality.The new machine satisfied us, it clean well, is light and easy to move, the big limit in our opinion is that is using too much water in some situation and there is not an option to adjust it, we suggest to add a function to personalize the quantity of water used. Another little limit is that when we move the machine from a spot to another and it is not on the floor, there are some leak from the brush on the floor, also this must be improved.Old review:First time we puchase a Dreame product, The idea of this machine is GREAT, the realization not at the level we expect for a product of this cost.We used 2 times, and it is nice to move and easy to manage, complex to clean and manintenance, when we moved from the base to another room, it was leaking on the way, this is the main reason why we sent it back. Level of cleaning similar to the automatic robot Ecovacs, so for a price like this, we prefer an automatic system.

Amazing easy to use

I loved this vacuum until last night. It was working great prior but when I tried to use it last night a warning came on to clean the bottom tube. So i followed the instructions and tried again... low noise meaning the suction was not working, and warning came back on... this keeps happening after every time I clean the tube like it told me too. The tube is obviously not dirty or clogged, instead the suction stopped randomly working. Very disappointed and will need this replaced or refunded.Be careful before you buy this... I loved this vacuum until it randomly broke and the instructions and website are not helpful at all.UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and offered me a refund since I received a defective machine. They were extremely helpful and on top of things. My defective machine was likely an outlier and when it worked I really enjoyed it.

I loved this appliance, it did a fantastic job. I would however question the quality. After having it for about 2 months, the fresh water tank broke. So I reached out to Dreame Customer Services. After 13 emails back and forth the company informed me that a replacement would be sent out. Thereafter, the communication was zero. It had been 6 weeks. Then one customer service representative reached out and said they would send me a replacement unit. That arrived promptly. Unfortunately, I used it once and then the same issue happened. The clean water tank started leaking. The leak happens at the location of the sensors which means if those get wet the whole unit will break. So now I have 2 defective units, both had the same problem. I would highly recommend anyone looking to spend this much money to explore other brands.

Update 12/26/24Customer Support contacted me and sent me a brand new vacuum and it is working really well this time. Very happy with this time saving machine.___________________________I had high hopes for the Dreame Wet Dry Vacuum, but after only three uses, I kept getting an error to 'clean the used water tank,' even right after I'd cleaned it. I followed all the troubleshooting steps, cleaning the sensors and the tank thoroughly, but the error persisted every time. While the vacuum worked well initially, this ongoing issue made it frustrating and unreliable. At this price point, a brand-new vacuum should work reliably, so I didn’t contact customer support and chose to return it, assuming it was a defect in this specific unit. I hope it’s just my unit that’s defective, as I’ll keep looking for a reliable wet-dry vacuum—it really does save time when it works well.
