It was perfect for steaming with but do be careful with the amount. I used two crystals at a time. It was the only thing that helped me.

Menthol crystals.
I use this when taking a sauna and steam bath.mix a few grams with hot water to make a solution. the vapour really clears your head and chest. It normally lasts me a month when used 3 or 4 times a week.just about to order some more.😊
