I really like this item for muscle recovery. I find that it helps me recover but it is very sweet so I just end up diluting it as much as I can.

Absolutely amazing taste

This is my second time ordering this product. The previous was a different flavor. Overall, I like the energy level and recovery that it gives from workouts. It mixes well along side my other supplement that I am currently using. So far it has been very effective. I do not experience muscle fatigue as much.

Not sure if I trust this product 100%. For starters the labeling is off, has way more calories than advertised on the page. Upon receiving the product, it seems to have a different label listing out its facts list. The taste was extremely sweet, quality is not what I expected. After many tries, I seem to always get an upset stomach with this mix, which never really happens to me and I have different BCAA’s of several different brands
