Having trouble with digestion while pregnant? Try these wheat germ oil capsules. I started taking about 5 a day when I started out with my pregnancy and I will say they helped a lot! They are little and very easy to swallow. The taste is not gross either so there is another plus😉

The Wheat germ is packaged well and fresh product. Easy to swallow - small gel- capsules, Easy to break open if wish to apply to skin areas, or ingest by mouth. Great nutty-like taste. Healthy for you.

Good oil for skin.
This works well on my skin when apply it topically and wash it off in the shower. Skin looks and feels better for a few days afterwards. Sometimes I ingest the capsules. They seem to work well.

Overwhelmed with wheat germ oil capsules!!
The products great! But I need to put a halt to delivery as I have four unopened bottles and this delivery makes six unopened bottles.As I use two a day I am set for awhile.Please put a hold on delivery til I contact youMuch appreciated!!!Claudia Csuka

The Standard Process Wheat Germ Oil is Actually Vitamin E
LOL, I have to say that I was taken back at first when I opened the package and saw the Standard Process Wheat Germ Oil name on the bottle, since I ordered Vit. E. However, I can understand why it was labeled as such, as there is more Wheat Germ Oil in it than Vit. E. Standard Process is a long standing quality company that I have used for many supplements, so I examined the ingredient statement more closely, and then became very happy that it turned out to be the Vit. E that I had chosen to purchase. So I'm commenting in case anyone else orders Vit. E and then without looking decides to return it thinking they received the wrong item.

Instead of eating sesame
I like the fact that I can just take a pill. The little seeds can be messy and can get stuck in teeth. I love that I can take a pill.

This stuff is the best!
Used on a facial scar. Had cancer removed and had stitches. There was a couple of bumps left and I applied this wheat germ oil topically. The bumps went away in 3 days.Also had a burn from a pan in the oven. Applied this topically and the burn healed very quick. Hardly any pain.
