Discovered the world of Woodbridge smart bidet toilets when staying at an Airbnb. We bought it and had it installed professionally. We absolutely love it. It was easy to learn how to use the controls, the heated seat is amazing, the subtle lighting and ease of use in the middle of the night make it a pleasure to use. Flushes powerfully and stays clean. The bidet function works well, is easily adjustable and the warm fan dries you off effectively. Would strongly recommend!

Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation.This is a great luxury bidet! Its design is sleek and easy to clean.The preexisting water supply in our home came without copper piping and it had to be fixed before installing the toilet.Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality.The operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience.Flushing power is great as well as functionality. Great purchase and no regrets! Overall, an outstanding product.

I replaced all the toilets in my house with this model. My handyman installed all 3 easily/quickly in a couple of hours and they came with all the required parts!It's been working great for many months. It's quite comfortable and worth the money. The integrated bidet is amazing - much better/easier than having an external one (which breaks and leaks or kids leave it open). The auto-flush is also great, especially with kids who used to forget to flush sometimes :) The bidet gets disabled automatically when the toilet is not used!It's quite nice in those cold days as well as it keeps the seat warm, along with warm water and air dryer. The auto-foam is also nice to keep things clean and smell nice.The only problem is once you get used to it, there is no going back to normal toilets!The only cons I can see that it does not have WiFI/app to control certain features instead of using some combo settings on the remote itself. To enable Auto-Foam, Auto-flush, etc. Or even update some of its Voice commands to work on different prompts. Please add that!!

Our experience with Woodbridge began in 2018 when we renovated our entire home with three (3) toilets, one bidet and two (2) dual flush units. They have been excellent throughout all the years, working tirelessly with guests at least every month for a week or more stay. The bidet with its heated seat and auto flush was a very nice features.When we decided to downsize, we targeted a downtown condo and the first thing we did was swap out the two (2) toilets with Woodbridge Smart bidet units. We thought why not just get the same two units to make it simple and especially considerate to guests. With its automatic seat lifters to auto flush and heated seats – sounds great.The installer, a very experienced plumber, was so impressed with the units he sent photos to his wife and asked if she would like this as he expressed his positive reaction to the brand and features for the price.We are impressed too! And highly recommend the brand and units we bought. One feature we did not know or expect was the centrifugal flush pattern along with an added boost flush to assist in cleaning the unit well. They also have an input for a foaming deodorant cleaner. The units are well thought out and engineered for the price - for sure!

Good packaging was evident based on no damage to the bidet despite the abuse the outer box obviously received during shipping. Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation. Even so, a couple hour later, the new water line was installed and working. Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality.The appearance and operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience. We have yet to try the foaming wash feature as we await the cleaning solution delivery.The single serious complaint is the small lettering and black letters on the dark background on the remote. It is difficult to read in a dimly lit room. I suggest larger letters and much more color contrast in the lettering.Overall, an outstanding product.Edit and update: Woodbridge was kindly attentive to my review and has promised to provide a remote with more easily viewed lettering, apparently black lettering on a white remote. In anticipation of the extra effort on their part, I have changed my review to 5-stars as this was my single complaint of any weight.The device continues to operate well, and we are happy with the excellent product.
