This is a comfortable and secure product - as close to 'natural' underwear as one can get. It works well, absorbent, helpful during nightime - and daytine too as needed. When my wife came down with Parkinson's control of body functions became a big concern. We tried some cheaper ones with sticky tabs on each side and with her poor hand control it was too much trouble trying to put them on. These undergarments are comfortable, dependable, and not too expensive. There are no tabs.. they just pull up like underwear. Only issue is that some of the padding inside sometimes gets dislodged, and sticks out. She tried taping it but gave up on that... it wasn't a big problem. So I took off a star for that.

Absolutely love the color, black looks better than the pink and fits better. Wish the Depend absorbed the urine better.

Got these for my mom who sometimes cant make it fast enough to the potty. Gave her just the right amount of confidence to not worry when going to her doctor appointments.
